Featured amenities include luggage storage, coffee/tea in a common area, and refrigerator in a common area. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Absolutely gorgeous home and property. Gardens are beautifully maintained. Gazebo by creek very relaxing. A beautiful place to relax and recharge❤️
Pros: Sandra and Jeff, our hosts, were absolutely delightful! Couldn't have felt more at home. This is the cleanest place I have EVER stayed in - and that's saying a lot. Clean, comfortable, and delicious food. The coffee was always available and there were lots of verandas and terraces and other seating areas to sit, sip and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Cons: It didn't bother our party, but the Inn sits next to a railroad track. During our stay a few trains did roll by and you will hear them, but, as I said, no bother to us. We actually kind of liked them! Also, the town of Goshen offers no other amenities. There's a gas station and a small casual dining place. No more. But the Hummingbird Inn makes it all worth while and it's a great base for wonderful other adventures and nature moments.
Pros: The inn was very elegant, comfy and welcoming! The owners were very friendly and went all out to make sure we were comfortable. They provided snacks and drinks during the evening, coffee and muffins in the morning followed by a fantastic gourmet breakfast! We would highly recommend this bed & breakfast for a wonderful, relaxing getaway!!
Pros: Food was outstanding and the staff made it a very enjoyable weekend.
Pros: Lovely Home with a lot of common areas, so was terrific for spending evenings with my group on property. The owners are very professional and accommodating, but give you lots of space and privacy. Fun outdoor areas as well - enjoyed a fire by the water one of our evenings on property.
Pros: The breakfasts are delicious home cooked Virginian country fare. There are two lovely lounges and a verandah.
Cons: There is only one 'country restaurant ' within a 10-15 minute drive radius. So you must eat lunch/supper in Staunton or Lexington.
Pros: Hosts were wonderful and attentive. Food was delicious. Inn was beautiful!
Cons: The trip only not happy is walk up by train
Pros: The owners made you feel
Cons: Tell owners made you feel at home. It is a beautiful place. Perfect place to relax.
Pros: We really enjoyed learning the history of this beautiful home and meeting the owners.

Featured amenities include express check-in, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was self-cater. Coffee and Tea facilities were provided. Lovely view from the room and nice rocking chairs outside to sit on and chat with other guests. Washing machine facilities were very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room clean and beds comfortable. Great value and a welcoming place to stay. The Italian restaurant was very good as was "Lindsay's" in Hot Springs. The big hotel allowed us to feel the hot springs. Good base for visiting the beautiful scenery.
Pros: Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay at an affordable rate!
Pros: The location was nice
Cons: I think it is so old and it was clean but for the value it was not worth $89 a night the air conditioning was very loud and for every time it came on it kept me woke all night long bed was comfortable but it definitely was not worth the value
Pros: The location was perfect.
Cons: A/C could have been better.
Pros: Great location and reasonable price. Excellent manager.
Cons: No breakfast. Only coffee and biscotti.
Pros: Everything was wonderful, friendly staff and nice rooms
Pros: Very clean room. Comfortable bed with generous pillows.
Pros: The motel offers basic accommodations with tv and wifi. We had our dog with us, so the room suited us well. The room was clean and the motel was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Douthat state park and Lake Moomaw are roughly 30-45 mins away, so we were able to take day trips to both.
Cons: The AC wall units were very noisy, and if you are a light sleeper, it may keep you awake.

Pros: Charming Historical Hotel in a beautiful area of Virginia.
Cons: Hotel is due for a remodel and optional excursions were expensive.
Pros: Had to queue for check in then receptionists took phone calls Check out was the same story but a longer wait
Cons: See above
Pros: The grounds and the staff were incredible. Every staff member I or my family encountered greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything every single encounter. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.
Cons: I feel like I was nickle and dimed for things upon receiving my receipt at discharge. I was charged $20 for parking when we parked our car ourselves. Random service fee and various others which totaled much more than I had expected. Also power outage.
Pros: Everything- staff especially was helpful and just nice people
Cons: Pricey food.... $5 bagels really?
Pros: Breakfast was okay, good rice and soy milk, some staff is nice
Cons: The rooms are dirty and unkept, charged me incorrectly, no help with luggage, not good for handicapped
Pros: An extremely charming, elegant resort with an amazing spa area. The landscapes are gorgeous with green rolling hills in the distance. All the food was delicious also. The staff was super helpful and I felt appreciated and welcomed during my stay.
Cons: I felt as though the pool and the lounge area at Jefferson’s were understaffed, and it took an hour to get food and drinks delivered to my table on multiple occasions.
Pros: Beautiful area. Great history to the place and lots of memorabilia to look at. Old world charm. pool area is fantastic. grounds are well maintained.
Cons: Pricing of extras is excessive. you are forced to pay for parking (even if you self park) And the resort fee? Another $40 a night. seems like just ways to add more to the bill. Mini golf is $14 per person. Come on! rip off there - especially since it is a kid's activity. Too bad there are no natural springs here (kind of thought there were from descriptions and such - but nope- just regular pools).
Pros: The food was amazing at both the Main Dining and the Jefferson
Cons: Pricey for us. Would like to have included more activities
Pros: The hot spring / spa were magnificent and the location is unbeatable for a weekend getaway. Very romantic location as well.
Cons: Very expensive but lacks the upkeep you would expect. The natural spring had too much algae and have been cleaned. Experiential showers were not functioning. A/C unit in room was soaking the carpet. Where is that daily resort fee going, exactly???
Pros: The original grandeur of the property
Cons: It was evident that many features have gone into disrepair
Pros: Beautiful location and a magnificent hotel!
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Pool very crowded. Several saving seats and not using.
With a stay at The Inn At Warm Springs in Warm Springs, just steps from George Washington National Forest and Jefferson Pools. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Awesome food , just an incredible staff and owner , highly recommend it , a little off the beaten path , with lots of curving roads , but it’s so worth it !
Pros: Breakfast was a little on the light side...more continental than full breakfast.
Pros: location is lovely the rooms are old mattress is old Food was great
Cons: Old rooms were musty
Pros: Green mountains everywhere in May. Beautiful white clouds against a blue sky with light winds. Small bakery opened all day with coffees and treats.
Cons: We had to leave on Saturday. Route 220 very windy with hair pin turns for many miles.
Pros: Location was beautiful. Friendly staff.
Pros: The location of the inn is convenient to Garth Newell. West Virginia State Parks are within driving distance. Bath County Virginia is breathtakingly beautiful! Garth Newell is a wonderful musical venue!
Cons: The room had to be the worst room on the property. Plumbing pipes exposed. Bathtub didn’t drain well. Bent curtain rods. Curtains ill fitting. Difficult to close or open. Fried eggs at breakfast overcooked.Very thin orange juice.
Pros: The dinner was excellent; loved the relaxed environment. Staff gave good information about sightseeing in the area.
Cons: Bathroom was tiny and tub was slippery.
Pros: Beautiful location. Quiet.
Cons: A/C could be better.
Pros: Room was nice, clean, and as anticipated. Hotel is pretty and charming, but....
Cons: Dinner was not good at all consisting of prefab frozen entrees that sound great on paper, but are no better than airline food at best. Prices would have been reasonable if the food lived up to it's potential, but alas it does not and eating at this establishment is not recommended. Breakfast (included as a B&B) was unbelievably worse! Fried eggs (and very hard fried at that) on a whole bagel, a few cold pastries (nothing too good) and coffee complete the picture. An Egg-McMuffin would have been a vast improvement.
Pros: It was good to have a hot breakfast and not just continental style. I also ate dinner there two nights - the food was very good, especially the wild mushroom soup. Service was great. My room was nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is a bit dated, but everything worked fine. Very quiet location. I enjoyed my stay.
Cons: Only complaint is that the towels were brand new and needed to be washed before use. Bathroom could use a little updating.
