Updated rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, right across from train station to Venice, huge buffet breakfast, large bathroom, excellent wi-fi, luggage storage, centrally located Nothing
convenient location, excellent value for money
The location is excellent, just opposite the train station in Mestre. All you have to do is cross the street. The room was nice, with a huge bed and a big bathroom. The staff was very kind, always trying to help. The breakfast was good (cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juice, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, ham, yellow cheese, muffins, croissants), but if you stay more than 2 or 3 days you need some diversity. And they have free wireless internet :) The heating worked just great, it was actually very hot in the room. So you won't freeze in Venice, as someone complained here earlier. The view from our room was not that good, towards the back of the hotel but that was only a minor detail. Since we didn't stay all day in the room this didn't matter.
The hotel is across the train station but we were able to sleep with no noise, it was great since we were so tired from daily trips. Breakfast could have been better.
location , accessibilty lift not working -seemed to be regular thing .breakfast quality not as expected
The hotel was clean in a great location & I would stay there again. I didn't like the bed because it was with rollers other than that everything was great.
It's a little bit old, but nice n clean. No coffee maker. Otherwise, nice n close to public transportation. (Cross street from train station to Venice.)
unly 2 elevators for the entire hotel .caused problems during breakfast
Not much to say nice bout this place!! More like a 3* hotel than 4*, unfriendly staff overall, At breakfast had a rude waiter who would not bring me a Cafe latte when i asked for one politely even though he got one for an italian couple nearby!!! He Kept guiding me to the machine Americano stuff,,, If i wanted Americano I would have said so!!!! Not impressed with this place,, awful rooms with mosquitos!! Lobby was so hot and humid,, trying to save Electricity or faulty Aircon. ? Not impressed at all
Large comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast. Rooms very quiet considering opposite train station. Excelllent location at a resonable price for those wanting to get into Venice. Staff efficient
Hotel was right in front of the Venezia Mestre rail station that would take you to Venezia S.L. in 8 minutes for a couple of Euros. Most of the staff spoke English, but there were a few bumps in communication. No ice machine (found out that it's a European thing) The Double Bed was actually two singles put together.
very clean room bicycle rent was not available - and air condition was not working. some days at noon and after noon the weather was very hot and no AC was available in the whole hotel
It provided a reasonable cost stop over before going to Venice the next day.
hotel is positioned on the good place easy to reach venice
Reasonably priced, close to marco polo airport. Close to town nice town centre. Charged my credit card twice, even though I only signed for its use once.
It was too far from venice. Had to go to Mestre and then take the bus.
the location is perfect, 2 min from the bus to venice. the village is nice too the staff was very helpful and kind no internt.., no table in the room no fridge and its better to have breakfast elsewhere...
We had a very enjoyable stay
Stayed there after a trip to Venice. Quite hotel with basic services. Nice city center close by with live bars. Free Internet and parking (allot of free parking around) Water had very low pressure.. Felt like a 2 star hotel and not 3
I was on holiday with my 7 years old doughter. We fly to Treviso, rent a car then go to Dubrovnik and back. Two day befor flying back we want to see Venice, so we book hotel and have a one long day in the citi. nc
breakfast was a good choice each morning.
second visit and the staff was very helpfull plaisant and efficient, the location was perfect opposite the station for train link to venice and bus to airports, the food in the restaurant was good value and quality, room plaisant but front of building too noisy to sleep, room at the back perfect the bathroom was not clean enough mould on shower tray
Smelled nice. Looked clean. Wifi. Reasonable room size. Staff took bags to our room. They put us in our room before it was ready, so we got kicked out for a bit while the staff finished up preparations - this happened after recommended check-in time
Well to tell you the truth I liked the friendliness of their staff more than anything else. The housekeeping was poor although the linen and towels provided were very clean.
I stayed at the hotel to take a ship for a cruise. The location was very convenient, because it was very easy to go till the ship, at "Statione Maritime" with a taxi, and, as I heard, the cheapest way too. The hotel is very good, with a big room, good food and good service and facilities.
The breakfast was surprising - - many choices. The rooms were simple but well-equipped and very comfortable. Being just across the street from the train station was a huge plus for us.
Its was easy access to the town The breakfast
Location (across the street from the train station, a 4 minute walk to the bus station) Located in Mestre and a 7 minute train ride to Venice Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating Room was large Included breakfast Weird shower/bathtub design made showering a bit difficult to avoid splashing water on the floor
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for visit to Ferrari Museum.
Super convinient for visiting Venice (2 minutes from Venice Mestre station and 10 minitus from Venice by train).Clean, confortable, and ery attractive service and price quality ratio.
close to Mestre station, as it was in the station. rooms very clean, a/c perfect. breakfast very nice. no
the hotel is near the railways station and it is very easy to go to Venizia center and also to the differents airports. nothing
The hotell staff was ready to help. The hotel is easy to find if you travel with your own car. The card key was not good. Hard to unlock the door.
The staff was extremely helpful, everyrhing was just great. No problems at all.
nothing special... I was to tired the staff of the reception
fair price location
It was close to the bus station and cruise ship departure. The hotel advertised an elevator which it had, but not in the building we were staying in. I booked what was described as adjoining rooms which led me to believe it was two separate hotel rooms, each with it's own bathroom, with an adjoining door. In actuality it was two very tiny rooms with a shared tiny bathroom off of one of the rooms at the top of 4 flights of very steep stairs (we had four large suitcases). The other room had such a slant to the ceiling you could not stand up over half of the room. My son hit his head quite hard on one of the beams when he did not duck low enough while being already crouched over at the waist.
shuttle service, tourism office next door, easy internet use downstairs the room was dark
Excellent value ,except for one criticism of seriously misleading information given at reception. The hotel was excellent in all respects except one.We were in Marghera to board a Visemar line boat to Alexandria from the Marghera docks. A receptionist told us we must be wanting a Costa line boat and would have to travel at least 30 kilometers away! We stayed in Marghera specifically to get to the docks there! The advice could have been fatal to our holiday if we had followed it. The Visemar is a regular ferry, not a cruise ship. I strongly recommend all the reception staff become familiar with the Visemar departures: www.visemarline.com. Their terminal is in Via dello'Azoto.
Nothing The services, how the hotel staff deals with guests... I was shocked with the way they deals with guests, the only word they know is no.
Rooms were extra clean, modern and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good. Very near to autostrade if you are driving. Shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma, although I used bus no.6 which stop near to the hotel. Be sure to get ticket before getting on the bus. You have to pay for the parking.
Breakfast is excellant. Your restaurant food was very bad.
The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was fantastic. Hotel was great but location meant daily travel on crowded buses - I'm 74 and always had to stand as there were never empty seats when the bus reached our stop so got thrown around and jostled about for 8 to 10 minutes each journey which was not pleasant.
Cooperation of the staff
close proximity to Venice, friendly staff, car parked inside closed gate
The staff were very very friendly and helpful. They were always cheerful and happy to provide information on how to get into Venice, how to use the facilities etc. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Adele to future travellers who are considering staying there. The only thing was perhaps the selection of breakfast foods was not vey wide. However, considering it was a complimentary breakfast, we were happy with the pastries and coffee. Also, the third bed (the cot) was very uncomfortable and gave my sister a sore back.
Very quiet area, clean room, 10 min by bus to Venice. The bus station is 100 meters from the hotel. Good breakfast, you can serve it in the small yard. Plenty of parkplaces, we came by car and i left the car at the hotel and visited Venice by foot. Good value for the money, the staff is there to help you, we got a Venice tourist map and tips for dinner. The return bus from Venice can get crowded but this is not the hotel's fault :)) There is no internet connection in the room, you have to use their computer in the hallway.
Good place near railroad and bus station to Venice, quite, good conditioning, pretty outdoor cafe, helpful staff. Poor breakfast, nearly no english-speaking staff.
nice hotel, friendly staff, 10 minutes away from Venice, good bus connection. no wireless internet, you need to use the pc at the corridor in between the rooms.
good locatin, quite, friendly breakfast could be better. Too few products
Quetness, service, comfortablre location to reach Venice
Friendly staff and very good location (100m from BUS station to the centrum, 50m from Bank, 100m from Pizzeria)
The friendly and helpful staff good location near the train station and a bus that go's directly to Venice island small toilet
for the short stay we had and the bus and train close by it suited us very well all was ok not sure if you had evening meals that was our problem had to use the chinesse close by or mcdonalds
The hotel was modern and very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfasts which were included in our stay were the same each day.
Very friendly and helpful staff. they even sell you the bus tickets which is next door. We were very happy withe the location and parking convenience.
good value, few minutes to station. Clean and tidy.
Great location if you are willing to be based in Mestre - which I strongly recommend considering the bus to the island is right outside the hotel (10min bus trip) and its a total rip off staying in venice unless you are ok staying in a 2 star (which will be impossible to find) when for the same price you can stay in a 4 star on the mainland. The bus is 24hr service..
Location opposite the Train station allowa a one stop journey to vennice at the cost of one euro. A cheaper alternative than staying in a hotel in vennice itself. A small but convenient and clean hotel
Nice hotel, good breakfast Not up to 4-star standard you would expect. 10-15 mins bus ride to outskirts of venice. If you want to get to the heart of venice (st Mark's square) its another 40 minute walk/taxi boat (e6 one way).
It was very quiet in the room. I could freely use the fast internet connection. The service was excellent. TV channels in English were rather limited, for example when I wanted to get the weather forcust in Venice where the hotel is situated.
Convenience to Marco Polo airport Venice. Honest price and good value.
location infront of the mestre station. good breakfast. room decoration and facilities.
Breakfast was good, Stuff was polite, 20 min away from Venice by bus Cleanliness of room was pretty bad,lot of hairs around. we were forced to pay upon we arrived, If we had wanted to pay with a credit-card we must have paid a fee of 5 euro, we were informed that having reserved our rooms via booking.com, a percentage of the price goes to the website so next time we should use their website in order to save money and for the end... I still cannot understand how it is possible to protect electronically the sheets...
.Very unfriendly reception staff The elevator doesn't reach third floor (and it is not "few stairs only" as the receptionist promised). The third floor rooms are "Flower in the Attic style room". Full charge and still you can't stand straight in some areas of the room.
Bus station is near the hotel, rooms are clean. The food should be much better, also the ventilation in the room.
Nice and clean, good space in the rooms, ok restaurante around and good breakfast It is terrible to stay away from Venice. I did it to save money, but I regret a lot. We never enjoy the city fully because there is always a long time between where we stay and what we want to visit. And although the transport is quite easy to get to the city, you just don't feel you are in Venice, you feel you are in the midle of no where.
My sister and I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Palladio. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a friendly, warm, and clean atmosphere, with helpful staff and convient bus ride into venice!
The hotel is placed in a very convenient location. There are buses in front of the hotel straight to Venice (25 min). It is cosy and friendly. Good aircondition in :)
convenient for bus stop into / out of Venice no restaurant / bar (closed). Jaded hotel complex
convenient, easy access to Venice and airport, bus right outide the hotel lights were not turned on in corridors at 5:30-6 pm it was black in the corridors
Ease in getting to Venice and the fact that they would let us leave our car there. NA
The hotel staff were unable to explain how we could get to the hotel from the train station in Venice. They told us to ask at the bus terminal. We did and we were told the wrong bus. It tok us literally hours to get to the hotel. We found the staff to be unhelpful. When we asked them a few questions they only responded by telling us to ask at the information centre or bus terminal. Not good enough. The internet pc in the reception area for guests was also not working properly and the staff were unable to tell us where to find a net cafe. They could only tell us to look near the bus terminal. Actually, the net cafe was near the train station and nowhere near the bus terminal.
Nice lobby, secured parking (free) and easy access to the bus line into and out of Venice. shower very small, if a 4 star hotel, seemed ran-down in the room areas, to include room.
Staff... Bus access to Venezia, Mestre Train station and Airport.... We were given a twin bed rather than a double bed room when we booked a doublebed room
Very helpful staff and they speak and understand english. Food is also good. Location is very good. The Single Room was very small and cramped. At same value have stayed in bigger rooms.
The staff were very helpful and polite. It really doesn't look like a 4 star hotel, it should be qualified as a 3 stars.
The personnel especially on reception were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently situated both for Venice and the airport - easy access by bus. I was given a single room where the shower unit and the toilet were together.I was told that all the single rooms were like that except for one which was in use that day. I was given the "special" single room the following day where the shower and bath were separate. So single travellers take note of this.
Convenient location: <30min by bus (#15) to/from the Airport, <15 min by bus (#2) to/form Venice . Tip: use the same bus ticket-- it's valid for 75 min, which is plenty for time to reach the hotel, check in or out and then continue on. Loved the breakfast too. A toilet in the shower? This is more weird than truly inconvenient but still... A sliding door in the stall was also missing so it took some time to warm up the whole bathroom. But not a big deal overall.
The bus stop to Venecia is just at the door!
Friendly staff,good breakfast,good location.
Good reception Bad manner waiters!!! This hotel isn't adeguate for its category
sleeping poor service (even I couln"t find correct time's clock) all worng breakfirst shift also very poor
Value for the money, decent free breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff, allowed us to park the car for free in front of hotel since their small parking lot was full. direct public bus to venice next to the hotel with decent frequency although can be too crowded with locals Shower doors did not close properly. Not the best location and hotel staff cautioned us about car break-in at public parking places near to the hotel. I would not call it 4 star based on US standards.
Very handy location near to the motorway - but you need to take a taxi/bus/train to visit Venice attractions. Rooms very well soundproofed and bed and furniture very comfortable.
The rooms were above our expectations. Receptionists were of great help.
It was very modern and clean for a fairly reasonable price. No breakfast included, and not on a nightly bus route from Venice.
Room modern style, and parking is spacious but need to pay, 20 minutes drive to Venezia. Wifi need to pay. Good breakfast. Overall this hotel is nice n recommended for family with car. The receptionist staff need to be improved , it seems like not so helpful if we ask some information, looks like they are very busy all the time
Rooms comfortably quiet Ideal for our purposes Pre-bookable shuttle bus to Venice
The hotel was in a good loction 20 minutes by bus from Venice. The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. The staff provided us with bus details incl times. A down side was that we found rubbish under the sofa bed that was not ours. I think the sofa beds are out on a permanent basis for use by families and therefore the room is not properly cleaned.
The staff at the desk were bilingual. No problem with communication. 1.) The hotel obviously had no "pull" with the local cab company. It was very difficult to obtain transportation. 2.)The dining room closed too early.
Check in was poor. Staff member took a phone call and proceeded to answer that enquiry as he started my check in and tried to do both at same time!! I thought that was rude!!
Nice modern facility with good furnishings, amenities, and facilities, particularly the outdoor pool.
Even having the same price, the rooms have diffrent quality; our door was not working and they had to give us another one; we have discovered that they have laso better rooms, even if they have the same price
the hotel staff and the room facility very thin walls - we could hear everything from the next-door room
There is free Wi-Fi in a lobby. You can also use Hotel's PC. (It's not free.) You can park your car beside the hotel without charge. There is air-conditioning and a hair-dryer in the room. There is a bus-stop near the hotel and you can take a bus to Venice every 30 minutes. Night-bus doesn't stop near the hotel. You must walk for 20 minutes from the bus-stop to the hotel.
I like the price, the option for luggage storage and it's near to the bus station.
Hotel staff & services The quality of the furniture existing in triple room was not the same level like double rooms.
It was very good and I would have been totally staisfied by your staff had not your receptionist, at 4.00 am on New Yer's day, after seeing us walking in full of snow, did not help us by providing some hot coffee, water etc.
Overall, poor services and expensive considering the location.
The hotel was near 2 great supermarkets (lidl and auchan) and 2 mins from the bus stop that takes you to venice (1.1 euros each way to venice). the hotel served its purpose for us, that is a place to sleep for me my wife and 2 kids. we had no breakfast so i cannot comment on that. staff was very helpful and gentle. there was a no light (it was broken) next to the room so i found it difficult to open the door and we hate the dark. then there were ants in the room. but other than that it was quite good
The room clenliness is good. Amenity goods are also well served. I had a room with large terrace which would be nice in the summer. The hotel stuff did not give us enough information about public transportation (a bit different from their explanation so we were confused in Vence central bus terminal when we wanted to take a bus to go to the hotel). The parking costs 10 euro per a night, even if there is not written on this site. and breakfast is too expensive for us...
i think it is a best hotel is low budgets hotel and the staff is very cooperative specially the lady at reception
Young friendly staff, all the necessities without unwanted frills, comfortable bed, quiet room, beautiful old building with lovely views in a genuinely Italian, non-touristy environment. Good inexpensive family restaurants nearby. Felt completely at home. 30-minute bus ride to Venice and Padua, so plenty to see!
The town of Mira is delightful and an easy ride to venice if you have a car. It is a delightful small and cozy place. also clean
The hotel was nice, the room big and clean and the receptionist very helpful!
the hotel has nothing special, only good think is that that very clean. its far away from the town
Location is good for the following reasons: the place is nice and calm but near to important places to visit (Venezia ...)
Visit Venice Service of the reception, not friendly
We love the history of Mira and this hotel put us on the banks of the Brenta River and guided us to the local bus that took us to Venice in 35 minutes. Ate where the locals had pizza - excellent. Excellent parking too.
The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was fully equipped and nice. The location is great, since it's 25 min from Venezia and with regular bus service.
Friendly staff, location Difficult to find
good accmmodation with a relaxed atmosphere B&B only no restaurant at the hotel.
Friendly staff, good location (close to bus stops to Venice and airport shuttle), quiet and safe environment, possibility of buying tickets for transports at the reception Tv satellite is very poor. Only two or three channels in languages other than italian. Two sports channels not showing any of the major sports events (uefa Champions League, Tennis, etc.).
Lovely hotel with nice big bedroom
Location was very convenient Aircondition was not functioning well
Room is nice, clean and confortable. The staff is helpful. Easy and simply access to Venice. Worth its price.
Location (10min bus drive to Venetie), personel friendly, simple but ok hotel for a fair price. Fixed 1 of the sun blinds and fixed the leaking bath ourselves (minor repairs, so easy that we did not complain, most people would have). Cleanliness of the room could be better in the hard to reach spots.
The bathroom is well equiped and spacious. Also, in the the room you can have enough space. Parking area was really safe. The breakfast is good in overall, but lacking fruits and vegetables. The walls of the room are very thin, therefore we have heard all the words were told on the corridor. Every morning, accurately at 7.45 you can (have to..) wake up for a belltower's 'ding-dong' sound...well, this is not the fault of the hotel, just a simple fact. Breakfast is lacking fruits and vegetables.
I am finding it hard to write anything good about this hotel experience from our family visit. Yes, the breakfast was very plain and boring. The coffee was foul and juice tasted like something out of a packet mix. The hotel room was nothing like it was as shown in the pictures that you have on your web site. We only booked this place because it seemed really clean and had a nice bath tub. On arrival we didn't get a bath tub in our room, he had to ask to change rooms as we need a bath to bath our 8 month old son. The staff were good about this and gave us a room with a bath tub. The room was better, but the bath was the size of the basin. The room felt cold and damped.
It was very close to the town centre of Mestre (15mins walk). All the staff had good English and i was surprised by the high standard of the room it had a kitchen and dining area I was not expecting to have like a mini apartment There was not a lot of information about the local area for things to do etc if you did not want to go into Venice city everyday or that there was a siesta everyday for 12.30 until 3.30 and nowhere opens on Monday until 3.30 except cafes
It is very clear hotel and open 24hours and good location for Venice touring (10min by bus) Cooking is available, however there is needed additional charge $44 for during staying hotel (They required for cleaning fee) and Wify is chargeable depending on time type.
If you need a clean hotel, for one night only close to the train station then this does sort of fit the bill. Please note that breakfast is not great and no air con, no lift so if you have heavy bags or not good with stairs give it a miss.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but adequate. It could use a renovation.
It is a very good option if you also want to explore other cities besides Venice. It is near of the Mestre train station and very near to bus stop to Venice. The staff was helpful and polite. No elevator
near to city Venice, good value for money, staff are friendly bead mattress are to sleep off and pillows are not comfortible,
Easy access to and from Venice without having to deal with the crowds. Easy bus and taxi services.
Convenient location for visiting Venice I don't think this hotel satisfies 3 star rating. The room for 4 people was actually a standard 2 bed room packed with 4 beds with minimum space around. Not very tidy. Breakfast included only sweets. Hotel facilities are next to none.
Location & price Everything was OK
nothing value for money, old hotel, bed not comfortable
It was good to have air conditioned. I also appreciated the safety box inside the room. The room was clean, towels were changed daily. The woman at the desk was extremely helpful and nice. Hotel was near the bus station. The Italian man at the desk spoke no English and at the breakfast he spared on butter, juice etc. Eg, we got no butter, while other guests did.
Air conditioning inside the room. Breakfast. Free parking
The hotel was located at a nice place, close to the old city of Venice. It was very clean and the room was big enough and comfortable. The breakfast was great. According to the hotel description the there was supposed to be internet access in the hotel. However, there was none (the staff said that they have run out of internet cards)
the conviency of connection to venice. the bus is just in front of the hotel the breakfast was aweful. the aircondition was switched off after 11:00pm. imaging you have to sleep in a room over 30C degree.
Good access to Venice. Bus stop right outside Breakfast was bad.
The Room Still doing alterations to kkitchen so no evening meals yet
Great location - near to Mestre railway station and with a bus stop to Venezia just a couple of meters from the hotel. It was a little bit cold in the room, not sure how the thermostat was functioning.
good location, price shower door can be extended in the bathroom because the floor gets wet.
Nice room - good breakfast
The location is great-10 min from the center and 15 min from the train station. The bed wasn't comfortable.
The hotel was very good.Rooms were very big and breakfast very rich. Internet WI-FI connection was slow.
large room beds were not the best
Easy to find, honest breakfast, just cross the street to take a bus to Venezia, nice restaurants on the surroundings. Small rooms, no parking lot (there is an agreement with a parking lot but it is too far from the hotel).
The location. Buses to and from Venice stop at 150 meters distance from the hotel (line 7). Atcv tickets can be bought in the Post Office at the right site of the entrance of the hotel. Buses to and from the airports stop at 600 meters distance. The hotel is located near the Mestre Centre. Plenty of shops over there (better than the Venice shops!). Low price. No fridge, so not suited for stays during summer. Our room was located at the back side, hardly any noise from outside but for a fan that hummed quite irritating during daytime and nights. Thin walls and even thinner floors. Hotel is only suited for autumn and winter stays, not for light sleepers. Poor breakfast (even the more expensive "Buffet Breakfast")
The breakfast wasn't great. Not a lot of choice other than weird little cake type things and bread.
Greate price, good location, easy access to Venezia, nice comfortable rooms Breakfast could be setup better: food, coffee cups and cutlery all ran low an hour before breakfast finished
Genuinely helpful staff Not very centrale
big windows with city and road view. Its location!just next to the bus station and the local market! decoration was poor!needs to be renovated!
Location Keeping the ham and cheese together in one plate and to be taken by one spoon this is absoulatly not good specially fior the vegetarians.Tea pots must be kept for tea drinkers.Brown bread must be kept and white bread which is healthier must be used.Less cakes etc.and healthier food must be kept.If improvements made can always suggest other people and specially the vegetarians.I would like to use your web site and suggest others also.As I travel around I have given the above suggestions as seen in different hotels and different places.
Close to the city but had to walk lot from Mestre train station to find the hotel so better to take the bus from there which goes infront of hotel and street name is Cardcucci. i will go back again whenever i will be in venice and suggest others to be there as well
breakfast staff not very welcoming, the room TV didnt work, and no air conditioning working neither, had to change the room to have TV working but still no air con
Very clean hotel close to Venice Mestre train station (on foot - 10 mins approx) (important if you want to visit Veneto's other beautiful towns - Padova, Vicenza, Verona, and one shoud do if he is staying for more than 3 days) and the bus to P Le Roma (Venice) stops about 50 meters from the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff... Continental breakfast was nothing special.
good location, small rooms, same breakfast every day
Location - Good value and close proximity to Venice. Staff helpful and made good recommendations regarding travel to/from Venice. Nothing
Nice and clean hotel. Very kind hotel personal. No bad points
The car park was quite useful & the breakfast was good The room was dirty especially the fitted carpet is worn out & disgusting, also we've had a power cut while I was taking a bath which was inconvenient at all, and finally the staff were rude and unhelpful.
Manly the restaurant
Closeness to public transport which made it easier to get into Venice The staff were helpful but not particularly friendly. They seemed to be a bit too aloof.
It is very nice hotel with friendly staff on very good location. It is our second time there and we'll go in this hotel whenever we will be visiting Venice.
lovely local hotel, quirky and unique, true venetian tradition. Excellent staff and nothing too much trouble
Room was cute and good location to venezia
The location is great. Easy access to Venice by train. Cheap daily passes from the front desk. Rooms are simple and cozy but tidy and well kept. This is not a 5* accommodation, but it represents fantastic value and ease of access from VCE and Venice. Housekeeping staff is wonderful. Piazzas nearby offer food and shopping. Complimentary breakfast and wifi. Noise from the hallway and between rooms can be disruptive, especially during weekends.
staff not very helpfull, the shower had no independence from the rest of the bathroom, so everytime we showered, the whole bathroom ended up soaked. the tv was not easy to operate.
Friendly hosting and good advises are the first things that I remember out of my stay ... I strongly recomend the hotel
The bus connection to Venice is convenient, but the hotel is still pretty far away compared with others closer to the train station. The breakfast was just OK. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are horrible - definitely not 3 stars. Old, soft beds; dated furniture and carpet; "non-smoking" room stunk of smoke, and the entire bathroom floor floods when you take a shower. Stay away!
Staff were fantastic, room was spacious and in a great location with bus right outside to take you to Venice. Highly recommended!!
friendly staff and easy acess to venice, also very quiet
there is a bus station in front of the hotel, and we can take the bus line 2 go to Venice. both the bathroom and the room are very small, and the room is breakfast is not good.
The hotel's location in Mestre is very good, close to the walking area, and nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, the cleaning lady was also very nice. Breakfast was also good. You could hear people walking in the floor because of the thin walls, but it was not disturbing too much.
convenient, good breakfast, good value noise disturbance from other guests
The hotel was clean and had great service in an excellent location for public transport to Venice.
Customers need to realise that the hotel is located a good 45 min away from Venice (Piazzale Roma). The room I was given had a rather grim and grey decor, was small. Breakfast is plenty and excellent. The owners at the reception were friendly and helpful with queries and advice on anything asked.
Moderm & Clean They could not get the Airconditioning to work in our room. After waiting at the Maco Polo airport for over an hour for thier hotel suttle,we finally took a taxi to the hotet for 35 Euro.
We arrive very earlier and they gave us a room right away. That was great. It was too far away from the center of Venice and too expensive to get there and back by cab. We picked it because it was close to the airport which was convenient when we wanted to leave.
The staff were always on hand for whatever reason. Easy to arrange transport to and from the hotel due to the good customer care.
Great location near a big mall and really nice and modern room. accessible to both venice city center and only 10 min away to the airport. Will definitely recommend this to friends
Location was great. So was the service.
It's out in the middle of nowhere.
closeness to airport
Lovely rooms and great, helpful staff. The restaurant was a bit overpriced, but that;s Europe. Andraea the bartender was terrific. Would stay there again on our next visit to Venice. 8 Euros for a small bowl of soup!!
1) attractive building/decor 2) staff seemed efficient and tried to be responsive to our complaints 1) we asked for a 7:00am call and it came at 6:00am 2) there was no bar of soap in the bathroom 3) It was slightly difficult to arrange transfer to airport (we had to complain for an extra service to be put on) despite this being the reason we picked this hotel
