Pros (+) Clean, convenient for airport stopover with regular shuttle buses from/to the terminals, plenty of choice for breakfast; helpful, polite and friendly staff made an unexpectedly long day travelling a little bit better.
Pros (+) I really liked how the hotel was very clean and modern facilities
Cons (-) I didn't like how I was treated upon check-in there was a Chinese man working behind the desk and he was so extremely rude it was unbelievable
Pros (+) The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. Quiet HVAC system, nice desk in room.
Cons (-) Parking should have been included in the price, nobody likes searching through fine print to see extra costs, i want to see the final price when booking. On the plus side they only charged us one night's parking despite our two night stay. Insufficient staffing at breakfast time, an unacceptable wait due to shortages of cooked products. Staff was courteous, though.
