Excellent Food and service Air conditioning noisy, ceiling fans very old and noisy. 5 floors and no lift!
A good hotel, with excellent food. However rooms are on the smaller side. Rooms are too small for the price. Bad value for money.
The sauna and swimming facilities were good. Also the lobby bar was nice. We also had a small, handy kitchen in our room. In general, a bit old-fashioned, and not only outside: no elevator, banging doors in the hallway, tiny problems with locks.
The rooms were spacious, the food (breakfast, dinner) was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Altogether an enjoyable stay for our family. The fact that there was no elevator could have been a problem for wife, had she been with us

The restaurant was wonderful. Many different sauces and ingredients with regional influence on the cooking. The room was tiny and hard to unpack anything there. The tv was inadequate.
It was very clean, and the staff was helpful and efficient. It is located literally 3 minutes away from an awesome view over the Ramon crater. Recommended.

The location of the hotel to the crater and the friendly, helpful staff. There is no elevator.
Its proximity to the crater, which we wanted to visit, and the pleasant staff. Also, we were recommended to eat at the restaurant next to the visitors' centre. It turned out to be one of the dining highlights of our stay. But that has nothing really to do with the hotel. The owners/staff seem very pleasant, and I'm sure it will be a nice place to stay when it's finished. But it isn't finished yet and should not be advertised as such nor charge rates as though it were. As mentioned, I think the website constitutes false advertising, and that we were hugely overcharged for what we got.
