1.0 Poor
Pros: Seems safe, good lighting Fair location off the interstate Good location close to airport
Cons: Surprised by $25 refundable deposit upon arrival Morning breakfast was a disaster with a hundred young wrestlers trying to get some. No pancakes because the machine was broken. No eggs and no potatoes and no sausages. Coffee was good. Staff was trying.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was super spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area didn't really have too much to do or places to eat. The breakfast was good and had a lot of different choices. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, was a great experience and would stay here again if my job ever drags me out to Quad City again!
Cons: The hotel was perfect. The area is a little barren.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff at breakfast was wonderful. Friendly, and helpful. Plenty of food to eat. Check in and check out was smooth.
Cons: Would have rather seen different news channel on when having breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice but the best part of our stay was the very nice and helpful front desk employee, Janice!
10.0 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location at the airport. Free shuttle to airport. Clean, large rooms. Friendly staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had a lot of options.
Cons: The elevator room had a nasty grease exhaust smell. I think someone vented it into the back door hallway. Every time you open the door it would overwhelm you with the odor. There has to be a way of venting that out of the hotel somehow
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and new! Breakfast was great. They have an on site market with beverages, snacks and toiletries. Overall stay was great! Beds and pillows were very comfortable!

Cons: There was not one thing we did not like!
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff is wonderful and it is spotlessly clean
Cons: As always, when a hotel chooses contemporary, comfort suffers. This especially becomes a problem when you have mobility issues. The bathroom was set up correctly with grab bars etc. but none of the chairs have arms. Again, they look great but chair arms help you get out of chairs. The bed was a mattress, no box spring, setting on a frame on the floor. If you have trouble rising from the floor, you may want to rethink this hotel.

5.8 Okay
Cons: The beds were terrible! Very uncomfortable, and pillows were bad also. Woke up with sore shoulders and hips.
6.3 Good
Pros: Facility
Cons: I reserved at a bid price of $97 for 2 nights with the taxes added it was confirmed pre check-in at $108. Upon departure the statement showed $109.80 for the first night with additional taxes added then the second night was billed at $121.50 (apparently an undisclosed weekend rate) again additional taxes were added. I find it interesting how no background information is being retained especially after billing occurs. Unless I could produce printed screen shots of these transactions I cannot prove my claim. In essence, I was blatantly overcharged by this hotel. Buyer be ware!
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast is good
Cons: I saw two bugs crawling on the pillows
6.3 Good
Pros: Located conveniently.
Cons: Lacking in attention to details.
10.0 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Facility, though newer, appears to be showing some wear and tear. Check in staff seemed to be preoccupied with a computer glitch and almost didn't greet me at check in.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Housekeeping staff was friendly and cordial. They extra pillows and blankets were slready in the room when we arrived. The breakfast staff kept the area clean.
Cons: Room hsd terrible odor. We had to spray cologne on the air unit just to use the room. There were zero available outlets for chargers and such next to bed. The carpet in elevator was very dirty and stained and ratty arould the edges. The breakfast had some stale prepackaged muffins that should have been thrown out - I open3a double chocolate muffin and it was so firm that it was obviously stale.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It was very nice. Nice staff. We travel with service animal and they were extremely accommodating

7.1 Good
Pros: The staff and the rooms size
Cons: Wasn’t made aware the pool heater was still broke
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Room was not cleaned when we entered, not pleased.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds and pillows, spaced guests out so it didn’t seem like anyone else was even on your floor. Very great customer service. LEMON WATER IN THE LOBBY.
Cons: not sure if there’s a hot tub like the booking site says. Slight unpleasant scent when entering the room but it’s humid. Flickering bathroom light that I should’ve brought to their attention
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Rating great but so disappointed. I was discussed to say the least. No more. I see your company name & I will go the other way. Truly.
Cons: Nothing. The the receptionist was the only, only thing that was good & I did not get rained on during the stay! Disgusting. I travel a lot. Your company is toast.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: No microwave in the rooms
4.2 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. AC worked well and thermostat seemed accurate. TV had plentiful cable channels and worked well. Free and easy-to-use WiFi was helpful. Breakfast was above average for a motel stay.
Cons: Couldn’t block window light, as the darkening curtains were too small for the windows. So I couldn’t sleep past dawn — and given I arrived at midnight and was facing a long day of driving ahead, it was really a problem to not be able to sleep. Sleep was the only reason I checked in. There was also mold in the corner of the tub and the room’s main door wasn’t tight in its frame, so even more light plus lots of morning noise was unavoidable. If you need even a moderately firm mattress, do not stay here. There was no support at all and I had a backache upon check-out. There were also a couple of broken furniture items, which I reported upon checkout and the hotel told me they would fix before another guest uses that room.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Needs repairs
9.6 Excellent
Cons: During my 5 night stay the pool heater didn't work and water was cold. Trash can by front entrance was full and not emptied for several days. In fact it was overflowing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed needs replaced. The room was clean and staff was great. No complaints other the bed left me with back pain.
Cons: Bed
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check-in, comfortable bed and pillows and a hot breakfast each morning.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: I wanted a pool, they had one but they said the heater has been broken for about 4 months. Was much too cold for me and most people to get in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was fantastic. They were all accommodating. The room was large with all of the amenities I need in a hotel room. I was provided a shuttle service and was able to take care of everything I needed.
Cons: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Cons: Disliked the condition and cleanliness of the entire place. A smell permeated the hallways. We did not unpack at all. Instead went to the front desk and told them we're not staying and asked for credit. Since we booked thru you they didn't know how to give us credit. Please credit my credit card the full amount. Pros: Nothing
Cons: Was the worst night of my life. Temperature below zero and no heating, I had to sleep with clothes, boots and hat. No breakfast as offered. Not even clean, the telephone was an ashtray, gross. The bathroom curtain molded as the fridge. I wanted to cry. Kayak shouldn't sell this kind of place at all.

Pros: Price. Bed was good.
Cons: Very worn room. Staff was not very friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly, attentive and accomodating.
Cons: It's an older motel, so for example it was clean but felt like it had years of build up, as in the couch in the room was clean, however it felt damp as if it's been sprayed and wiped reatedly over the years.
4.0 Okay
Cons: This hotel has been cheaply converted from a major chain. The bathtubs and showers are chopped and large areas of filler , walls have been patched where things like heaters have been removed, the Fawcett did not work well. This is a hotel if you want very cheap and to quickly sleep and get out. The pool was broken down, they have a small continental breakfast which includes cereal but there is not mil. People are nice and that is about the best asset
1.0 Poor
Cons: Our room was dirty and the air conditioner was not blowing cold air and the filter has never been cleaned. I had to call the front desk for clean sheets and a clean comforter. My son and daughter in law had to call maintenance as their shower didnt work

9.2 Excellent
Pros: it was close to airport. desk staff very nice, helpful and friendly. It was good value for price.
Cons: not many eating places near by. It wasn't in a nice area. looked older from outside. sink vanity with mirror was small and you have to stand in path of the main door opening to use the sink and move anytime door is opened.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice front desk staff, comfortable bed, very pet friendly, lots of parking, inexpensive, 24 hour Denny's Restaurant and big shopping mall next door.
Cons: Surprised to see a hot tub in the room. Too bad it's not in good enough condition to use (enclosure cracked, nozzles need a good scrub or replacement). Tiny bathroom. They seem to be trying to upgrade but still a ways to go. The intense fragrance of deodorizer never really dissipated. Made my eyes red. Not the best clientele. Also, homeless hanging out near main entrance. A concern since side entrances are kept unlocked.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was clean beds were comfortable
Cons: Cancelled my reservation when I had called and told them we would be coming in but it would be late so instead of having one queen bed we had to have two full size was not happy about the cancellation.

Cons: Lady at counter couldn't find my reservation after telling her my conformation number numerous times and my name. Gave her my ID which she never looked at. Told me to call booking.com because of the problem then asked how to spell my last name and finally found it. Extra 25 unnecessary wasted mintues. Rooms smelled like heavy bleach. Car was broken into while we were there.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was well priced at under $50
Cons: The bed linens had stains, the carpet had sticky spots, and the bathroom had the bare minimum of a single towel and soap.
7.5 Good
Pros: When you pay under $40 for a room, you don't expect much. But for a quick, overnight pit stop on a trip, it was fine.
Cons: There is no breakfast (but I knew that) and the place is a bit tired, but it is clean enough. My room had no towels in it (but they immediately got me some) and there was still soap in the shower. I never could figure out how to work the TV.
