Pros: Friendly hostess and lovely location plus gorgeous tasteful rooms and excellent food
Pros: Beautifully stylish interiors of both the room and breakfast room making a very comfortable stay. The bed was very comfy with good quality linen. The breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from.
Cons: The shower worked well but I don't like the water being able to splash onto the floor as it could make the exterior floor dangerous. There is also a cold breeze as its not an enclosed area.
Pros: Amazing grounds and property. We could not take advantage of them, because it snowed the night we stayed. However, there were good bicycles and a pool on the grounds. The breakfast was wonderful - delicious food, and a great setting.
Cons: The stairs to reach the bathroom were very steep and not wide, however, the bathroom itself was very modern and spacious.
Pros: The host really tried the food was great and facilities were great
Cons: The spa
Pros: It was a pleasure to stay here, I plan on visiting again soon! An additional benefit is, when you have clear skies, visiting near by lakes can be fun at night and you can see the milkyway in glorious detail!
Pros: This restored farmstead is part retreat, part resort, and part gîte, located in the tranquil countryside. Our host’s past life as architect and landscape designer shines through-this is a stunning property from the renovated buildings to the gorgeous gardens. Each room or self catered apartment or gite is meticulously appointed with peace and privacy guaranteed. We stopped here on a cycle trip-convenient bike storage and located in prime cycling terrain. There was a shared kitchen which we could use plus we were provided with an absolute feast for breakfast. We are very sorry that we did not stay longer!
Pros: beautiful views and very friendly hosts
Cons: Larger bed/shower?

Pros: Lovely place, with good food and nice size rooms. Had a family room which was in fact two adjoining rooms which was great. Would recommend
Pros: Great budget stopover for us. The Allo Allo is a bar with a small restaurant. The food menu is not extensive but there should be something for everyone, the portions are generous and well cooked. Breakfast is included and is 'standard' continental, very fresh bread and croissants! The sleeping accommodation is in a separate house so no noise or disruption from the bar. Nice room for the price and all very clean, the owner was very friendly and is completely bi-lingual.
