location near important sites
Relaxing at the wellness spa , staff were very friendly. You need a car definitely to reach this hotel.
IT was really quiet, not many guests and the breakfast was poor, room had a musty smell.
Staff was freindly and accomodating. Spa facilities were not available at the time of my stay.
The room, balcony, view and overall impression of the hotel was great Only the area. Not the best town to be honest.
The site of the hotel commands panoramic views of the surrounding terrain. The charming town can easily be reached from the hotel. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. The proximity of the spa is most comvenient for those who wish to relax after traveling. We found the restaurant a little too expensive for the quality of the food.
extremely friendly and helpful staff, Good food in the restaurant fantastic views from hotel and rooms. lovely rooms Well worth the drive up the mountain.
The rooms were far superior to most european hotels. The restaurant provided a good menu at a fair price. The location. From your web info I thought it would be close to the water, not on top of a steep hill/mountain.
The location is very good and there is ample parking. The breakfast is traditional Italian continental breakfast. The property needs updates. The room, in particular the bathroom needed to be cleaner.
Staff were excellent - I have an allergy to wheat and the hotel was very well prepared providing me with a variety of gluten free food at every meal The restaurant closed quite early - 9pm and the shower in the bathroom was very small
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and adequate. Ad we had a nice view of the water from our rooms There weren't enough pillows. The heat controls in our room didn't work and instead of fixing it, they just turned it off. Also they claimed that they had wi-fi throughout the hotel, but our room had none
Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food if in a rather canteen atmosphere. Rather bleak location 2 miles out of town, but this is not a problem if you have a car - maybe even a benefit. We were there in April. I am sure the attractive gardens will look their best in summer.
Good Staff, clean ,great service could be easier to find is not in a location you would expect, an "oasis in the misddle of the desert
It is close to the Gargano peninsula . which was our tour destination . the rooms good and a good panorama . owefull food
There was a small but adequate indoor heated pool that was fun. The restaurant food was salty and the menu was limited.
quite, lots of parking and sports...also the mountain view from the hotel is nice... nothing around the hotel...in the middle of nowhere
Reception staff were extremely helpful. Pool area was very well laid out with a good variety of drinks at the pool bar. I was impressed with the outdoor seating area (day and night). Very small variety of dishes fo dinner.
Very much a business hotel, not a good atmosphere.
Easy to find. Good parking facilities. Pleasant room. Good price point. Very limited restaurant facilities. When we inquired about dinner, the person at the front desk didn't even know if the restaurant was open He did check for us.They opened at 7 30 and we were the only ones dining in spite of the fact that the hotel was full of customers! The meal was good.
Beautiful views Breakfast staff not interested in serving the clients, too busy playing around with each other. Location quite far from town with quite a stiff uphill walk.
The location The lack of sound proofness. It is very noisy.
Superb location, very friendly staff, excellent value for money.
Splendid views on the Gargano and Adriatic Sea, from the room’s terrace. Family management with friendly staff giving good information on the surroundings. Around 15 minutes walk to town center. Bathroom on “window” side according to Italian tradition of bathrooms with windows, resulting in having a rather small window for the room and taking out a lot of natural light:
Beautiful location with clean facilities at all times. Staff were exceptional and did everything to make our stay memorable without being intrusive. The general sense was one of total ease and friendliness. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and will be going back without doubt when I next visit Mont Sant Angelo. I loved it. I had no complaints. It is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff.
a very nice small hotel, not far from city center, free parking, nice kitchen, great view on the sea communication problems - they don't speak English, but after a few days in Italy, you start to understand, that English is not an obvious thing even in the hotels
Reasonable location in Siponto, good rate, public parking available on the street. The room smelled of chloride, the sink was obstructed, the door didn't close properly, the terrace mosquito-door fell off, the air conditioning was not nearly powerful enough.
Nothing When asked for opening time for restaurant, told 7.30pm by receptionist. Turned up at that time, only to be told 15 mins later that restaurant was closed and told to try elsewhere, which we did, however it was also closed(having walked about 1 km. Eventually guided to another rest which was ok
room was really nice, bed was very comfortable no restaurant although dining room shown in pictures, no bar, cold welcome, breakfast outside even though cold and windy, breakfast poor quality coffee, juices and service. Balcony chair dirty and shower too small
Propreté de l'hôtel, rapport qualité/prix et parking fermé. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Internet n'était pas disponible.
Wrong distance to the beach at the homepage. In Reality it was triple the distance. Breakfast should be specified as "Italien style". The rental fee for shades and towels on the so called Gabbiano beach shold mentioned in the internet
