Cons: Toilet door was an Ikea cabinet door with no handle on the inside and it's right next to the door to the room. And the toilet is approximately a square metre in total. Cramped. Also the receptionist was trying his hardest with speaking English but forgot to direct me to the elevator which was inconveniently located out of view from reception so had to ask where it was which only made him more nervous. Poor guy. Also their system for giving you wifi was over complicated and a frustration to figure out due to poor language skills on their part. Why not just write that stuff down on printed paper? Had to jump through hoops with the tv getting involved in the process for absolutely no reason whatsoever! Just a dumb system.

Cons: Just nit picking but would have appreciated a kettle in the room, and some may not like the way the bathroom (but not the seperate toilet) is a glass partitioned corner of the bedroom, but it was no issue for us.

Cons: Staff manners leave a lot to be desired! The receptionist picked up the phone part way through checking us in, and then ignored us when we came back in from dinner later on. Hopefully the broken glass on the main door will be fixed soon (although I appreciate this isn’t the hotel’s fault!).

We arrived much later than we’d anticipated and ordered Dominos delivered online but they “lost” our order and the reception man was so kind as to call them for us (our French is very limited) and helped us get our dinner. All the staff were very friendly. The room spacious and clean.

Pros: The beds were very comfortable. Room decor seemed recent and was refreshingly neutral. Bathroom well appointed and very good shower. The glassed-over well in the lobby toilet is worth a look!
Cons: The receptionist when we checked in was not particularly welcoming (though the one on the next day was very pleasant). We were not told any details about breakfast and there was no obvious dining room on the ground floor, also in our room the only info was for room service breakfast, so we did our own thing (found out later that there is a breakfast room on the 1st floor). The room was well appointed but very cramped for 2 people, we had to move some furniture around to make space for our (small) suitcases. For some reason I hadn't realised that the hotel is literally opposite the train station, which is of course convenient but noisy - there was a vibration from time to time which was probably from the trains. Despite asking for a quiet room we had a tram stop just below our window and the trams hoot every time they set off! All quite entertaining and at least the trams stop between 12 and 6 ish, but beware if you are desperate for a long uninterrupted sleep! Probably the bigger more expensive rooms are at the back. And it is incredibly convenient if you are travelling by train and need a quick overnight stop. But at over £100 a night there are better places to stay in Montpellier.

Cons: If you arrive by car, the approach to the hotel is awful. The road goes through some dark tunnels and bridges and at night it looks truly apocalyptic. The front door looks at those concrete structures and is totally uninviting. I doubted if I actually arrived to the same hotel that I saw at the pictures, and my wife got mad at me that I brought her to such a terrible place. Then we used a wrong lift from the garage and got to an empty shopping gallery from 1980's and had to look for the entrance by foot. Actually, as we found out later, it is the back door that takes you to the city center, but, if you decide to come by public transport, that door is quite difficult to find from outside if you do not know where it is.

Superb beds and great pillows( from a pillow snob lol ) with the deep sleep spray a lovely little bonus. Everything is electronic but so easy to navigate. Cons: The property is severely in need of renovation. Virtually every area is worn down. Carpets, linoleum floors and walls are dirty, there are marks and chips on things like door frames, the retaining ring on our door handle fell off, there is no a/c except in a handful of rooms even though the equipment is installed (must be broken or just not maintained so turned off - it gets hot very hot at night during the summer), there's a little gym with a rowing machine, an elliptical, a few cycles but no free weights at all, the images on the internet (booking.com and others) don't match what the property looks like but have been taken in way to make the property look much better than it is, location is so so, quiet area but not particularly nice at all (15 min walk from the old town). Overall the pool is great and not crowded and the property is located near enough to the centre to be convenient but it costs much more for the standard it offers which really is Two Stars and not more.

In this day with too much use of plastic I found it very annoying that clean towels that were supplied daily ( even though we didn't need them) were given in plastic bags. Something they need to think about.

Pros: The gentleman at the front desk was excellent with check-in and assisting us with information to get to the Old City. (spoke very good English) The location was good, the room was clean and comfortable. We also had breakfast the next morning for 6 euro was very good. Also free parking. Easy to get onto the A9 the next morning. Only a 5 min drive from the heart of the city. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros: Staff are friendly. They have badic drink and food dispensers on demand at any times. Lots of private parking and seats on the deck at the entrance outside the premises
Cons: Not near to the Montpellier airport nor train station. The staff are very friendly, as this is a budget hotel, I think it is reasonable and very average in the living condition and I wouldn't expect too much from it for it's price Breakfast is only continental type. However in a short walking distance, 5 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a local cafe in the high street. Prorividing Very good values for freshky cooked good food and drink, in large portion and friendly sole proprietor.

Pros: Lots of parking spaces in front of the hotel, staff was quite nice.
Cons: Really unpleasent smell in the room (smelled mouldy). No chance to transfer to another room.

Pros: For a budget hotel this was exactly what we wanted. Close to the airport and restaurants a few minutes drive away. Basic room but with comfy bed, large bathroom. Perfect for one night business travel.

Cons: The area where the hotel is, is dodgy. You don't feel safe and the place is very exposed. It is also complicated to go there using public transports but manageable. The breakfast was very meh. Doesn't worth its price.

Cons: This was a very interesting stay, firstly the fact we arrived to our room to realise that there was a mere curtain separating the bedroom from the toilet. The rooms air con was a joke we spent most of then night unable to sleep. The fact our room also had random unsealed windows in the shower. Seriously I thought I’d seen it all until I hit this ibis. Th shower had a windows in it meaning they had simply done some dodgy shower fit on a wall not meant for a shower.

Cons: Bathroom not great, difficult to sit properly on loo & just a curtain for privacy wasn't adequate. Also the food & drink were on the pricey side. No coffee making facilities in the room
