Jackson Town Hall
The lobby area is really nice, and has a great western feel. The overall check in process was quick and easy. The rooms a really nice, very comfortable beds, really nice bathrooms and have a very boutique feel. They even have heated tiles in the bathroom, which was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The overall location is also really nice, just blocks from downtown Jackson, and only half a block to the bus stop that takes you to Teton Village. For the price I paid, compared to other hotels in Jackson, this place was the best of all worlds. Would definitely go back. My only complaint, outside of the check in process, they front desk person seemed a bit confused and disorganized. She didn't seem to know what was happening with the shuttle, and had a hard time figuring out how to get us bus passes, which was part of the stay. I think it was just this one individual vs a system wide training problem.
Nothing Drab carpets, room was o.k. Not worth the money
They checked us in early even though our cabin was not ready early. They explained ammenities answered questions about the area and made us feel Welcome A little pricey for only one night.
We were visiting Yellowstone Park, and the road to the south entrance was closed by the the Park Fire Command due to a fire. The hotel would not allow us to cancel, and we could not stay because we could not get there. The hotel could have been understanding instead of just taking a hard line. There are many hotels in Jackson Hole. We'll stay elsewhere next time.
location, clean functioal well run facilities none
* Location was pretty convenient, near to multiple grocers and a short drive to downtown * Ample parking * Rooms were clean, attentive house cleaning * Wi-Fi is not free. There were two options for the paid Wi-Fi (regular at $2.99, fast at $4.99), which you must get a code for by going to the front office. It's paid by the day and only works on one device at a time. I got the "fast" one which, with tax, came to $5.29/day. I wonder how much a difference it would have made if I'd got the regular package because it wasn't fast at all. Streaming Netflix was constantly buffering, anything beyond rudimentary internet use was out of the question. LTE wireless data seemed slow already in Jackson, so maybe it's an area issue. * Mattress was very firm, almost too firm, bedding was very light, only two pillows provided. * The way the TV is mounted (in a fixed position) makes it difficult to watch in bed
Painted Buffalo has outdid itself since I stayed there just a few years ago. Newer hotel décor in the rooms, new luxury towels, and extraordinarily pleasant staff. I really appreciated the 'late check-out' and swimming pool. The only thing that could be improved might be the parking.
Good location Awful room, indifferent staff, and so freezing cold because the heat was broken. We had to buy a space heater. No one cared or put any effort forth
It was a nice place to stay, we were 17 people traveling together and we enjoyed our stay at flat creek, though we only stayed for the night. but it was good.
Location to Teton park is good. Convenience store on site is handy, especially since they don't offer free breakfast or other dining. Walls and floors are thin. Heard every footstep of people in room above us. Room was next to wooden stairway and heard people stomp up and down for quite a while. Carpets were clean but are worn and stained. Rather pricey for the value.
Cute lil place.. great location... Liked everything

Wow! I have stayed at many high end hotels and I have never had an experience like I did at the Super 8 in Jackson. The hotel staff were beyond friendly! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on! It was clean and an overall comfortable experience! Thanks!
Nothing good about this hotel. Absolutely the worst hotel we've ever been to. Sheets were dirty, rooms smelled, beds sagged. The hotel needs major updating.
