Staff was very friendly and helpful.

room smelled like it had a smoker in it prior to our checkin yet it was a non-smoking room

Shower heads are so low u have to duck to use them.

The location is convenient to a variety of restaurants, the theatre and shopping.

There was blood on the headboard and down the back of the wall. This was of concern and, when we pointed it out to staff the response was, 'Oh gross.' No offer to discount room or apologies.

I get sick from a/c bacteria. Need to have health inspection to check .

The walls were painted by a blind painter. The vinyl base was falling off the walls and the electric outlet was falling out of the wall.

Dark rooms, toilet did not work, pool is closed during the week, bed pad was either worn or it just crumpled up.

Hotel was fantastic. Great location, clean, friendly staff, good hot breakfast, and the water park was GREAT!

Hallways were a bit noisy and sound carried into the rooms at times.

The bed was amazing! Best sleep I've had in a while.

At the water park I didn't get to go down the big rube slide or on the river because no one handed off the tubes. So my little 2 year old was pretty upset about that. Maybe enforcing a rule that you have to take turns with the tubes so everyone has a chance to use them?
