Pros (+) I had made an error when booking (wrong # of beds) Beverly and Tammy went out of their way to corcorrrct the problem. Even my 12 year old daughter remarked about the customer service. Overall the hotel was exactly what I expect for a family hotel / motel. No complaints - will stay here again.
