A very quiet and relaxing hotel. Very ample room with good bed. Breakfast included was excellent !
Motors of air conditioners outside were loud and hummed all night.
the location was very convenient; the accomodations were very comfortable; the services were excellent
when I checked out, my bill was $148.00 more than the confirmation said would be my total charge. It did not say total charge plus tax, it said total charge. At any rate the difference could not be explained by citing the taxes; it could also not be explained by adjusting the number of nights. I asked for an explanation from the Desk Agent (Marilyn) but all she said over and over was "It's (the reservation confirmation) wrong." "It's wrong." I could see that and that is why I wanted an explanation. Several of my siblings and their families stay at this Hotel often, I will recommend against future reservations until and unless I receive a satisfactory explanation for the overcharge.
