Pros:
Pickup was fast, nobody was at the desk for drop off.Cons:
I reserved a large SUV (Tahoe) and got a medium sized SUV (Traverse), was not compensated for the smaller vehicle and had an uncomfortable trip. The “oil change” warning came on right away so I worried about the vehicle maintenance during my entire 11 day trip which was stressful. The vehicle was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. I don’t think I’ll rent from enterprise in the future.9.6 Wonderful

really disappointing that this location could not pick me up like enterprise advertises. Yes I didn't read the fine print when booking but was stranded at another location trying to find a taxi or uber with no luck for 2 hours.10.0 Wonderful

How I waisted my time and money to go rent a vehicle at a business that didn't even exist. I was beyond furious. I got a ride there to pick up the vehicle. It was an hour drive to get there. Just to find out the place literally does not exist.Hertz

Quick return of car. Price.Cons:
Car cleanliness. Had not been vacuumed or anything. Stains on the seats. Payment was strange and had to wait for the Hertz staff member to get phone approval for the charge from the Hertz rental's bank. It was strange and I was nervous about why it happened for such a small charge.3.6 Poor

People at the Hertz Counter at MBS airport were fantasticCons:
the car had mechanical issues with the tires and traction. the worst thing was the smells in the car, the car had a smoker in it previous to my rental, cigar and weed smoker and the car reeked of those smells. In addition to that the rental location has overdosed the car with liquid air freshener in an attempt to cover up the smoke. It overwhelmed my sinuses and I was unable to exchange the car it was horrible5.2 Fair

The car was awful, it was the absolute worst car I have ever driven as a rental. I will never buy a Nissan. Poor choice to put in as a rental. Car has trouble handling over 70 mph, uncomfortable and super annoying.10.0 Wonderful
