The Elevator was out of service and I had a ton of gear I had to make 5 plus trips from the second floor down to the basement level parking garage.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Bed was great. Room was clean and nicely furnished. Decor in room, hallways, lobby was beautifully done. I think this was an older hotel that was refurbished and they did a nice job. Would definitely recommend!
Cons:Freeway's a bit noisy at times. Walls are a bit thin. But not really a bother.

Cons:Walls were thin, AC noisy, air filtration terrible - didn't seem any better than the wildfire smoke outside.

Pros:great family run place would stay there again
Cons:get rid of the pigeons on the roof
A
8.2 Very good
Pros:The breakfast was a nice touch with an omelette bar.
Cons:Their confusion of the bil. They showed an over charge $379.84 hopefully I will get this back.

5.4 Fair
Pros:The dacor is cheap but effective, much as the facility itself. The mattress was good enough, and they had pillows of variable firmness. The wifi was fast enough for my needs, though I was dropped once.
Cons:If you are harder of hearing, this is _the_ place for you! Nice amenities, though much of it built as cheaply as possible, and one has to run the Air Conditioning fan (from which, ours did not blow cold air) to generate the white noise to override the televisions and conversations from our neighbors above, below, and on each side, as well as the traffic noise from 85. I hope I'm still as effective, though slow, when I'm as old as the elevator is now. Forget the shared balcony. There's no sound-proofing in the French Doors, so you hear every annoying syllable your drunk neighbors emit, as well as every hybrid accelerating down the 82/85 interchange ramp right below and behind the property.

Pros:great breakfast and friendly staff
A
5.4 Fair
Pros:Decent staff, good bed, not terribly expensive for the area. Breakfast is all right, with eggs-to-order being the highlight.
Cons:My room faced a porch where people talked on the phone and smoked at all hours, and the door didn't block noise or smoke. The wifi was terrible -- frequent dropouts, got kicked off the network all the time, and slow even when it worked. Hard to find in between freeway ramps. Ubers always get lost picking me up here.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Comfortable Room and able to good a good night's sleep. Breakfast room was a good size. Buffet style service- waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, banana bread muffins, country potatoes, sausages/bacon or both, and made to order omelet, greek yogurt and toppings. We could usually skip lunch.
Cons:Need to approach hotel slowly on El Camino- Entrance driveway is close to the entry for Route 85S - If you miss it- need to drive and make some U-turns on El Camino to get back.
A
9.1 Wonderful
Pros:Hotel Zico is sweet and like getting away to a Greek island. The hotel was beautifully set up to get away from the city bustle I'm used to. I enjoyed the comfy beds and close dining areas around the hotel.
Cons:The walls are thin so we got to hear rowdy kids at night and loving couples too. So the other hotel visitors were the issue not the hotel it's self.
