Pros (+) I liked it being neat the ocean and amusement park's.
Cons (-) Alot of criminal activity. Seen 2 arrests in parking lot but I expected it in a not so fancy hotel.

Pros (+) It was a great hotel for its price , great location, friendly staff and quick check ins . Me and my boyfriend loved it overall and will be returning very soon.

Cons (-) the room was dirty, gross bath tub, gross employees, dirty kitchen, many rooms dont have ocean view like claimed, only about 10% of the rooms have an ocean view because the hotel is vertical to the beach, not horizontal.
