Nothing. The place was INFESTED with roaches. It was the worse place we have ever stayed.
The price was the only good thing about this hotel.
Not once was the room cleaned, we never got clean towels, the bed was not touched, we had 2 flat pillows that literally felt like we were sleeping on nothing and the room smelled disgusting from the minute we entered.

The location was great due to it being by the mall and every store you could possibly think of needing.
The place had actual people living there standing and hanging out in the hallway. My cousin is 12 and a older guy tried selling her some drugs and even tried to get her in his room with 4 other guys in there luckily Im a police officer, this place smells so much of weed its crazy, kids are up all night playing in the hallway. The beds squeak every little move you make the first night I stayed the toilet was clogged. This is the worst place I every stayed I will never stay here or any WOODSPRING suite ever Ive advised all my friends I had friends who booked all throughout August thank goodness they were able to cancel since I warned them with enough time. This place is unsafe and should go out of business this is an embarrassment especially advertising people to stay her is horrible.
Even though I booked about an hour before I showed on NEW YEARS EVE, the management came down immediately and checked me in. ROOM was very clean and comfortable. ....always love value place!
Very Basic but a good value
Large room with full kitchen. Bed and bath OK. Very Spartan interior, stucco walls, fake hardwood floors. Unusual to only have maid service every few days, but no hardship. Overall a very good value and I'd stay again.

The staff was horrible-- they really ruined our stay. Value Place really nickel and dimes their customers. Linens are $40 extra to exchange, which is absurd. A replacement room key, which they have hundreds of, are $10 to replace. I have never been to a location where replacement room key cards are paid for.

Bedbugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We only stayed 2/7 days because we were ate up by bedbugs. We both went to the clinic after noticing bumps and we looked at our sheets and there were small fresh blood stains streaked all over them. At the clinic we asked for them to and they verified that they were infact bedbug bites. We also had to deal with a very unpleasant worker there named chuck and he was very blunt and was not very concerned about the bedbugs. His response was simply. "Send us the bill" We talked to a manager when we left and she refunded the nights we didnt stay and insisted there were no bedbugs. .. Otherwise facilities were nice and as describled.
