I liked the staff at Hertz very attentive and explained everything.Cons:
The price changed based on booking. It was supposed to be 86 euro and ended up to be 228 because of insurance. I chose insurance on the booking and the agent said i didnt. so seemed weird. I was too tired to argue. The car had a bad clutch and really going go up hill with out a running start. again i was too far and too tired to argue. I just dealt with it. Typically this is why i dont like renting like this. but when they have you over a barrel.2.0 Poor

I was never able to pick up the car due to the car station did not accept my credit card. The car rental should explain prior to the reservation the credit card that tey accept, so that the costumer could make a proper selection. Therefore, dont waste time and money!!!!6.0 Okay

Pros:
The two guys were really helpful. The best I've ever seen at a car rental desk. The woman was extremely disrespectful, with me and especially with other customers. She should not work with people. Not a good advertising for the company2.8 Poor

Unfortunately, Avis gave us a different category car. Instead of having a convertible Fiat 500, we received a standard Fiat 500. Given that we booked and fully paid a convertible one at a higher price than the standard one on 28.04 to make sure we h3.6 Poor

Cons:
Firstly, I had wrote in to say I'd prefer a Mercedes or anything except for an alfa romeo and what I got in the end was an alfa. Also, I wasn't informed that I needed 2 credit cards for deposit ; one visa and one mastercard which I did not prepare beforehand which resulted in so much trouble and delay when I picked up the car at almost 12am. Utterly disappointed.2.0 Poor

The people did a quick check on the vehicle and processed the return quickly.Cons:
We left a very important item (an heirloom glass jar filled with sand) in the center console of the vehicle and when we called the drop-off location they were very rude about helping us find the item. Then we called back and they still were not helpful. It seems they did not look through the vehicle thoroughly and we have still not been able to recover the item.Dollar

I reserved on Kayak a car that showed a sedan and it was for 5 people and 2 luggages. I received a Fiat Panda Only one luggage fit and 5 midgets would have fit maybe...10.0 Wonderful
