Cons: The drop off service at a local Franchisee in Olathe, KS, was extremely poor, agent was rude, and very very unproffessional.

Pros: Car was nice. Most of the Staff was friendly overall.
Cons: Pick-up and return were frustrating. Arrived the evening before I wanted to pick up to get more info. I did arrive 5 min before they closed, not realizing what time they closed. The guy working was nice but told me not to bother trying to rent because they were out of cars and to check back after 3pm Friday. I told him Kayak was showing cars avail and I needed to p/u at noon. He said the systems don't sync so could be cars tomorrow but no guarantees until after airport returns were made. I asked if I cld reserve with a debit card but pay cash, asked if anything else needed besides copy of ins and discussed return options. The next day when I arrived (same guy) I was told that since I was using a debit card, I needed copy of a utility bill without a past due on it??? Had no time to go home to get one, so had my dad use his CC to reserve but then I had to pay an extra $9/day for that privilege! The guy totally lied about our conversations from the day before, most likely because his manager was standing there and tried to argue about what he had/had not said. They had me trapped as I had no time to go elsewhere. Once the manager went outside, the guy apologized for miscommunicating & tried to help but it still cost us extra. When we returned the vehicle and tried to pay cash (we are Girl Scouts), they had no cash and could not make change so I tried my debit card but my bank was having issues. Once I called the bank & was told they could run it again, I was told their system wont allow them to run a card twice so I had to drive to the bank, get cash, and drive back.

Cons: The reserved vehicle was unavailable at the appointed time. No other options were offered or available. I left without a vehicle.
