Cons (-) There was stains on the carpet, my comfor had urine & blood stains!! Mild in shower and pubic hair on wall of shower. When I called down they said sorry blah blah I'm sooo disgusted!!
Pros (+) Queen bed was very comfortable.... room was Ok except bath. Free breakfast was normal fair with self serve waffle maker, eggs, toast, ceral, milk and juice.... coffee is less than desirable.
Cons (-) Duct tape is every where... on the tile, carpet, doors, door frame was bent, soap scum in shower soap dish, mold on shower tile. Then someone urinated in one of the elevators.... staff didn't clean it up for hours.

I asked for rate reduction but desk said I booked on line and couldn't give one.
