Great location on music row. Good price on short notice.
Terrible Internet. Room was dirty, had previous guest's towels in bathroom. Continental breakfast was bad by continental breakfast standards. Room smelled terrible, a musty/mildew aroma.
Location is great. It's very central and it's good for a cheaper option to the other hotels in the area.
Bathrooms are very small and in need of remodeling
It was a run of the mill comfort inn. I have stayed in may comfort inns across America, and this was not much different than the rest. Friendly staff, full breakfast, average room for a comfort inn. If you want to stay close to down town than this is the right place to save money and still be close. It is not a top grade top of the line hotel, but it is a average comfort inn. No complaints here, it was exactly what I exspected it to be. Good for value and location, bad if you want a top of the line Butler kind of place.
Breakfast, room, staff, enjoyable stay. Its a typical comfort inn. No more no less.
Pool area was very nice, but it was only opened until 8pm nightly.
Staff was incredibly rude. At check in they snapped at me for not getting my ID out (even though they never asked for it). First night at the pool, we went to the front desk for towels. They only had enough for 2 of our party (needed 4); he said he would get more and bring them too us; an hour later, still no towels. We asked them for change for a $20 for the joyride driver and the woman was rude and snapped she could not give us all $1s (which we never asked for). We said thanks and started walking out ans she snapped back again "well i didn't say i wouldn't give you change; if you want it you better get back over here and get it". Rooms were small, but ok and the breakfast was pretty good. Just not impressed with the staff.
Location was great and convenient to downtown.
It's an older property and the rooms show it. Rooms need a refresh, felt 80s. There was a hair in the tub and it drained slow when I showered...gross! Bed was comfortable, breakfast was mediocre and the guy who was stocking the bread might as well have been using his bare hand as 2 of his fingers were sticking through and touching the food items. I wouldn't stay here again.
We were not satisified from the beginning. The room door and frame had a large gap, the air conditioning, refrigerator, the toilet wouldn't flush, and the wifi didn't work. We booked a new place to stay and when we went to check out and to cancel the rest of our reservation, we were told by the front desk staff that they couldn't cancel the rest of our reservation do to booking it online. When we tried to tell him about all of the problems with the room, he repeated himself by saying that he couldn't cancel our reservation. Do to this experience we will never do business with another Comfort Inn again. We also will no longer book any hotels except on their own private websites. We ended up paying for two hotel rooms for our time in Nashville.
The Room Was clean. The mattress was good.
Overall it's not a place I would ever book again. I wouldn't recommend it either.
Great location at a decent value
Dont expect anything great it was just alright. Very close to everything, we walked pretty much everywhere.
This place was great! It was about a 10 minute walk from downtown, but well worth it! It sits on a nice little strip and backs up to amazing local resturants! It was a breath of fresh air to eat at a more local resturant and enjoy a quiter side of Nashville while still being within walking distance to Broadway.
the location is great, it has an outdoor pool, however We didn't use it. the bed was sooo comfortable. there was a fridge and stove in the room.
there was construction going on next door that was annoying, not the hotels fault though. the continental breakfast wasn't that good, dry goods were good there though. the bathroom was a little small, not vanity really to speak of, it was located next to the sink in the main counter spaceoutside of bathroom. this is definitely an extended stay hotel. the hotel room was noticeably updated, however the updates were mediocre work.
The lady and young man at the desk were very nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean.
The low toilet, and the neighborhood felt sketch.
Rooms were clean, quick cab ride to downtown
Thin exterior walls/doors let in lots of noise, cannot walk to downtown, under-window HVAC unit is loud. If you plan to spend a lot of time downtown, spend the extra money per night and stay downtown. You will make up the extra expense with the added convenience of not having to use a car or pay for cab rides.
