Pros. The staff was lovely and extremely helpful with any questions we had. They recommended a place to us when we unexpectedly needed an item. They also had good food recommendations and they were always smiling. The complimentary breakfast was well-done and exactly what one needs before setting off on a day of touring Nashville. The pool was a good size.
Cons. The wifi wasn't good. You are only permitted three devices (and we had 3 in our room - each with a phone, laptop and Ipad). Even after trying to pay for the high-speed wifi, I was unable to connect. The location is great if you are visiting Vanderbilt, but would be far if you were visiting for more of the downtown (Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgewater Arena) sights.
Pros. Richard was a very friendly employee. He made our visit feel like we were visiting family. The other staff is very friendly and willing to share their knowledge about places to see/go. It was very close to Midtown - a place to get away from touristy attractions, but close enough to the main strip. They even had complementary popcorn. :)
