I will never come back to this hotel again.
Pros (+) The hotel was very nice-really liked the large walk-in shower & bed was very comfortable. Only coffee available was the Starbucks in the hotel & they did not have adequate staffing for it.
Cons (-) We stayed at the hotel for New Year's Eve because we were going to a concert at Bridgestone arena 2mi away. The hotel was offering free shuttles up to 2mi away & they did take us to the arena & gave us a business card & ph# to call when the concert was over for a return shuttle up until 2:30am that night (extended for the holiday).
