The room was clean and what I expected.
Hotel staff at check in was in a hurry and not very welcoming. Checked in and left to park only to find out that he did not inform us we would need a parking pass to get in and out that it had a cost. We had to drive back around and go back in to ask for one. When we checked out we were not able to get a receipt because they were doing something with computers. Left email and cell number to send it to me and never did receive it. The balance charged to me lined up with what I was expecting to pay. But it would have been nice to have the breakdown to double check.
It was very convenient to where we needed to be..
The coffee people in the lobby were great.
It was a little noisy. Sounded like someone was hammering something, even at night.
James Brown, your concierge, was really helpful and friendly. His positive attitude towards answering our questions and making sure we were comfortable with directions to our destination(s) made our trip to Nashville very enjoyable and stress-free.
