Overall the room and hotel were average. The room was nice and clean, however the bed was hard to sleep on and the bathroom was very small. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.
The staff was friendly and service was good. It was in good proximity of Broadway. So for the price and location was worth it. If you want a good shower however that is my only grievance. It leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Breakfast was better than other ramadas I've stayed at
Bathroom was poorly built, no fan, shower wasn't set properly and thus held water. Had to wait a half hour to check in while two employees figured out a customer in front of me, and then had my reservation screwed up and took 10 minutes to straighten it out. Roof over the pool was moldy and leaking water
Great location for stadium. Helpful staff.
Musty smell to room. Noisy rooms on freeway side.
The overall decor was outdated and a bit creepy. The AC did not keep the room very cool. Could use some updates.
Staff members were not friendly or helpful, the bed the the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on, the room door had to be slammed in order to close properly, breakfast was lacking healthy options. Overall it was not a good value for the money.
Overall nice clean hotel
Not very clean and smelled like mildew.
Nothing worked at the breakfast had to cook our own sausage
loved the location
wasn't as clean as i would like and dont think price matched the value of what we got. wish shuttle also ran longer. wouldn't want to stay any longer there than just to sleep.
The desk attendant was totally unhelpful. I was trying to extend a stay for one of my employees and he woldn't take the credit card info on the phone, couldn't email me the credit card authorization and because I didn't have a fax machine at my disposal I had to make the reservation online. I asked for the manager to see how this could be worked around but the desk clerk was totally indifferent. Unfortunately I made a mistake online, including the last night of the first booking in my "extended booking". They then refused to credit that night for me. I would NEVER recommend this hotel nor book anyone there again.
The hotel was less than expected. Dingy and dirty feeling upon arrival. The floor we were on had rooms under construction so there were dumpsters in the hallway and carpet torn up. The staff did not inform of us breakfast times. The room was damp and musty smelling to the point of my papers feeling soggy in the morning from the moisture in the room. There was barely enough shampoo for one person let alone a family of four. Over - not impressed and would never recommend it!
It was close to downtown Nashville
I wasn't told until after I arrived I would have to pay for parking. The room we had was right next to an exit door that did not close properly. Every time someone went out or came in the door would bang against the frame waking us up during the night several times. Our room paralleled the highway and so when not being woken up by the door banging, we also woke up do to the really loud road noise. I would not visit this hotel again.
