Loved the car. Rav 4 was comfortable, easy to operate, clean, spacious and it ended up being an upgrade for me. Check out was lengthy. It was around 8 pm at PBI. There was a considerable wait as there were several people waiting in line to get cars. It was confusing because the paperwork was processed in the Enterprise office and there was no signage to indicate this. The National office was right there but was closed.
