Pros: We love staying here! When you arrive you feel welcome right away. Lot’s of space and very clean. Great facilities and just love the area with the donkeys as well. Also breakfast is great!
Cons: Nothing!
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great.
Cons: 2 of the 3 rooms are not in the main house which should be specified when booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was perfect. An authentic French property with animals wandering the grounds (Cats, Peacock!) and in the adjacent garden/field (Donkeys, Sheep, Goat, Hens). The property is owned by a young French family, and the host met us on arrival. She was so lovely and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was also fantastic - an array of different french dishes each day, including croissants and 10/10 homemade french toast. The view from the suite looks out on the back field with the donkeys which was lovely to wake up to. For access, we had a car - so for Paris, we drove up to Torcy and parked at the Gare, which was about 20 min away then got the train into Paris. For Disney it is again a 20 minute drive and we parked there. The Suite consists of a huge main room, a separate toilet, further separate bathroom, and kitchenette with fridge and microwave (and cutlery/plates provided), therefore space in the Suite was excellent.
Cons: I was reserved initially when the Suite was joined to the main kitchen area (just as I am antisocial), however there was no disturbance at all, and they are happy for you to come and go as you wish!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property, breakfast and a very warm welcome
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The host was very gentle and kind. The room is in a beautiful old mansion in a family and animal friendly atmosphere. The room is huge and it has its own bath and kitchen. The garden is enormous and there were donkeys grazing near the house. The place is really beautiful! We were amazed and felt comfortable there.
Cons: The construction - as well as the structure of the bathroom and WC - is old. And the bed sheets were probably not dried in the tumble dryer, since the smell was not so pleasant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gill was a fantastic host!! Extremely welcoming and friendly. Very accommodating. Most impressed will defo be back
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved Gill and how welcoming she was. Her dogs were delightful but Gill made sure we were comfortable to be around dogs before letting them out. The location is a amazing if you're visiting Disney as the uber ride was quick and cheap. Also located in such a lovely village which is near great shops.. Perfect!
Cons: We didn't have any dislikes but I would say that if you are a tall person (over 6ft) then you may struggle with the shower as the ceiling is low but wasn't a problem for us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location as it was very convenient for going to Disney and as we drove it was easy to get to. Very lovely host, always happy to help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location for visiting Disneyland, about 10 mins drive away and situated in a quiet village. Lovely room, generously stocked with breakfast things, good coffee, fresh milk. Very welcoming and friendly host. Excellent - thoroughly recommended.

Pros: Super helpfull and so Nice to talk too! Made The trip to Paris much easier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Felt like coming home. Everything you needed was there. Will definitely stay again when visiting Disney.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location for visiting Disneyland, 10 minute drive away. Gill was an excellent host, welcoming us when we arrived and even buying a little gift for our daughter. Gill even checked the traffic before we left - so thoughtful. Tea, coffee making facilities and continental breakfast bits was a lovely touch too. WiFi and private parking right outside the front door was an added bonus. Everything you need for visiting Disney! Great few days away ☺️

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly .. the villa’s view was so relaxing and sitting in the villa’s porch was so marvelous, watching the birds, ducks and swans in the lake .. I liked the location (near disneyland and val d’europe commercial center) within few minutes driving (they have a shuttle bus) .. Taking the essential grocery from the supermarket near the reception .. and they gave us 10% discount for the 1st grocery shopping .. A lot of activities in the kids area .. such as (painting and pizza making ...etc.)
Cons: There was too many spider’s nets on the chandeliers in the villa .. They don’t have a bellboy .. so you have to serve yourself taking all your luggage from the reception area to your villa (advice you to ask for the nearest villa near the reception while checking in) ..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was spectacular
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and big rooms suitable for family with kids, kitchen fully equipped, great view on the lake.
Cons: Although tha transportation to the Disney park was chargeable, however it was not organised. The bus was small and people were standing all the time.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and hotel activities
Cons: Deleted in returned back the deposit by the receptionist man staff during check out as he looks like new or not familiar with system. The taxis were also delayed because of that. I was waiting until his manager (female) or in charge solved the issue and she brought by herself the deposit while i am in the taxi and she apologises for the delay. One more thing which I don’t like that there is no one from hotel to assist guests carrying the baggages from reception to villa and versa.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This property like all Vacation Clubs has great units. Loved cooking in the kitchen and walking around the property. Near Disneyland is a great perk for families.
Cons: Could use another pool and restaurant service at the pool. Also, there are no shuttles in the middle of the day, but planning ahead helps!
6.7 Good
Pros: Well, everything was good, hotel close to the Disneyland and outlet. They have shuttle bus. Nice view, and wide enough
Cons: Two issues with hotel: check out is 10:00 morning which turned to be that you have paid for less than a day of your reservation, this is totally not accepted and I never seen it in different respected hotel. This is very bad option for such a hotel. Some thing else is the shower water temperature is not controlled at all, fluctuating between hot and cold; it suddenly changing, I thought it part of Disneyland games, make me jumping every seconds.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good air conditioning system cold\warm Clean rooms All cooking staff are available Alot of towels and soap they offer to each townhouse Very nice tv system great channels and youtube also Good wifi speed
Cons: The lacks of small services like baggageman, my townhouse I stayed at was far away from the main reception ask for one close to the reception. I wish if they consider change rooms colors. They don’t have chattel nor to Disneyland neither to the outlet mall. Cell phone signal was weak
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: I had an issue with the shuttle man to Disneyland and I already complained to the hotel about it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The resort seemed as if it wasn’t a resort, but instead a small community with a shared recreation area and amenities. Each villa looked as if it was a townhome in the middle of a European village.
Cons: The only complaints we had were the checkout times, being too early, and the shuttle to the resort and it not being free. That was about it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The villa itself was lovely and the back porch looked out onto the golf course. Inside, the villa was well appointed with all the modern conveniences of your own home including washer and dryer. Our family consisted of two adults a 4 year old and a 1 year old. We stayed in a two bedroom villa which was more than enough room for us all. The Marriott Village is a gated community and you have to pass a security guard at the entrance to gain access. This gave a real feeling of security. I think my 4 year old enjoyed running around in the extensive garden areas just as much if not more than his time at Disneyworld! The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful at Reception and in the restaurant and Kids club. The Kids Club offer activities for the kids and they also have a baby room. There is a coach that leaves from the Reception area every 15 minutes that takes you to the Disneyland Parks costing approx 4 Euro per adult for a return ticket. We utilised this option and it worked well for us. We booked to have breakfast every morning of our stay. The breakfast buffet was substantial and has something to suit all tastes. There is a small supermarket onsite to get all the small things you need. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend Marriott Village.
Cons: The fact that you had to porter your own luggage to and from the villas was a bit of a surprise. Not a problem for us but i could see some people struggling with this.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was of good quality. I had a very good nights sleep. everything was just right ,that is why I came back to stay again.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The manor is simply beautiful! An historic building with a beautiful facade in stone and wood, surrounded by an immense park in the French countryside! It is worthy every single euro - I guarantee! The staff is kind, full of attentions for the guests and available e.g. for late check in or early breakfast. The breakfast consist of very tasty croissants, pan-au-chocolate, marmalade, butter, crepes sucre, and coffee, which are ultra-tasty and genuine - baked and prepared shortly before breakfast. The room is much bigger than an average hotel, and has a large bathroom with a nice bathtub. The furniture of the bedroom is very nice and in line with the historic value of the location. There is a free parking available within the park. The location is perfect for people travelling by car, as we are close to Paris and Disneyland but in the countryside, far from the Parisian traffic jams.
Cons: The bed is a bit uncomfortable because it is hard and the pillows are very thin. We found no extra pillows within the room, so we did not sleep very well. Moreover, we needed a boiler and there wasn't one available in the room nor in the common spaces. I think that, by addressing these issues, this could become a 10/10 structure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting.Wonderful house. Very attentive staff
Cons: The dog has nightmares and shares them with the guests. So bring your earplugs. As there is no kitchen we were kindly offered some lettuce and hard boiled eggs to accompany our left over picnic and the wine we were happy to purchase but were surprised that this added 20 euros to our bill.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice bathtub.
Cons: No air-conditioning. Add it and you have one great place to stay in the summer.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s a beautiful mini castel in the forest , with a big garden , the place has authenticity, you feel like in a museum, the staff is friendly.
Cons: I stayed 3 days, I wanted the towels to change daily because in the evening they were always wet when I went out of the shower,an extra pillow would be ideal.
6.7 Good
Pros: History and surroundings
Cons: Mattress and pillows old
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location. A beautiful setting
Cons: Nothing wrong. Bed linen could of been newer though.

5.4 Okay
Cons: Car park was rough ground. Hotel smelt of cleaning products (which is god in a way). Desk in room too small to work at.
7.9 Good
Pros: We loved the decor of the hotel and cleanliness. We definitely appreciated the lovely staff.
Cons: The shuttle bus to Disney could provide more pick up and drop off times
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is great there is nothing do not like
Cons: Need a car travel distance is far from disney and paris
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: we paid for breakfast but we didn't had a breakfast because there was no much choose. just croissant and hot drinks.
Cons: The rooms was so smalls and the toilet sink was block we had to brush the teeth in the bathtub and the towels were very worn, the AC wasn't work even the smell was unpleasant we could'n have a proper rest after a long day in Disneyland
7.1 Good
Pros: Room decoration Friendly staff
Cons: A smell in rooms Breakfast Wi-fi range (room 201-200)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Decorated to a good standard. The room was small but well equipped, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and helpful staff. The property is about 5 minutes drive from Disneyland Park. You can get there by uber for about €10. The hotel also offers a shuttle service in the morning and evening.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the shuttle service to Disneyland easy to arrange. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot with whatever we needed.
Cons: We first had a room that was really small but had it changed after the first night. The second room was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle there and back to Disney provided by hotel
Cons: Not much in the town.. No places to get food but hotel that I could see and only 1 tiny shop
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very comfy bed and lovely bathroom, house keeper was very lovely as well
Cons: We book specially for the shuttle to disneyland(even emailed two months before to request the shuttle) as we had tickets for there halloween party, the man at the reception was very unhelpful and blunt when we were trying to find out about the so called 'free shuttle service', he told us quite abruptly that there were none at all today and no public busses either, he asked if we had uber when we said no he told us 'too bad, a taxi will cost 25 euros'. We eventually found out from the bus timables just over the road from the hotel that the busses were running. When asking about a shop for drinks and food we were told 'sorry no shops at all around here' but we found one literally opposite the hotel. After traveling for a good couple of hour we tried to run a bath but it would not fill up, so we spoke to the same guy at the reception and he sent a handy man up who spent a good 30 minutes trying to fix the plug, after he said he was done, we were horrified to find he had stuck a pencil down the drain to try and fix the plug, which still didn't fix the problem! We was not offered another room with a bath even though we request a bath with the room, the handyman simple said when we asked if it was fixed 'it should hold for a bit, maybe' and he left.
7.0 Good
Pros: Personnel was great and location is amazing for Disneyland!
Cons: The walls are extremely thin so you hear everything that goes on which disturbs the sleep.
La Cour des Jardins - Neufmoutiers-en-Brie - Room amenity
9
8.7 Excellent (26 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for Disney trip. We were 2 families (9 in total) and managed to stay 3 night . grocery near by , fast food and everything you need. the kitchen was perfectly equipted and had all the small things needed for cooking even oil for pan. Highly recomended.
Cons: if you come at winter and at night - ask the owner to preheat the house. all the heaters are electrical and needed manualy to turn on. We came almost at 2 AM and needed to wait for an hour to warm up the house. we started the pit fire and it was family fun to sit around the fire and warm up :)) this is not a negative thing - just to remember to ask.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very homely accommodation just perfect for a family break. Dogs were welcomed. Very helpful staff
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: The house was perfect for 10 people, 6 adults & 4 children of whom most spent everyday at Disneyland paris. Roomy for all. 2 Lovely bathrooms. 4 Bedrooms & a sofa to sleep on. Nice garden for kids to play in & would imagine in the summer its lovely to eat outside. Good wifi. Need a car to travel about & shop. Had a hippy/shabby chic feel with decorations which did suit the house. The kitchen was modern with all needed.
Cons: The beds were just off the floor so difficult for some of us. Sofas very low with age, but comfy enough, No English channels on the tv just news. would of been handy to have info book???
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was lovely and clean. Very homely and little touches were great.
Cons: Beds slightly low on the ground.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Plenty of kitchen equipment, which was handy as we were preparing food to take to a party. Towels were provided, and there were plenty for everyone. The shower was powerful. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a big fridge freezer.
Cons: Many of the lamps didn’t work and the bedrooms didn’t have ceiling lights - although there were switches on the walls. Some of the electrical points were dodgy - hanging out of the wall. The kitchen was quite greasy and not as clean as I would have expected. There were condiments in the kitchen, but most were out of date. The kitchen shelves weren’t very tidy - random cables and pens on the shelf. The bin didn’t have a plastic container in it so black bags would fall through when you put things in. It felt that the house was possibly lived and let out, which isn’t a problem, but there were things you wouldn’t expect to find - random shoes, coats etc... The toilet downstairs was very high off the ground, to the point you were on tiptoes - or your feet couldn’t touch the ground. The kitchen sink was slow to drain on the first day, then it blocked. We tried to clear it ourselves using a plunger, bicarbonate of soda and vinegar, and product from the supermarket, but it wouldn’t shift. I informed the owners of this, but we were only due to be there got another day. The owner was very apologetic.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good size, clean and lots of kitchen equipment. Excellent shower downstairs and a good seating area in the garden. Lots of interesting paintings! It was very close to Disneyland Paris - less than a 20 minute drive.
Cons: Garden was a bit overgrown but still lovely

Pros: The location, what a fantastic place. On arrival it was like stepping back in time. It was incredibly quiet and for a while we were the only people on site. We were met by Michel who stayed on a little later until we arrived. He was very friendly, helpful and showed us around the site.
Cons: There was no air conditioning. There was nothing else left not to like!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: the quit environment
Cons: no clear signs to direct us in the good direction not clear where the entrance was located dazed smelling towels , dirty shower , no glass in the bathroom to clean you teeth no information how to regulate the heating very limited breakfast , only marmalade , but no cheese or ham or eggs or .....
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A warm welcome on a very hot day, owners very friendly and brought cold refreshments on arrival. No English but we did a great job between us with google translate. Stunning rural quiet location. The two rooms we had were beautifully decorated and accessorised. Nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was a lovely selection of bread, croissants and pain au chocolate. For what we needed we could not have asked for more. I would definitely go again (30 mins south of Disney also a bonus!)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything else was good.
Cons: The pillows were awful in bedroom. I tried to contact the place before I arrived and could never get in touch. Should make it more clear were the bag storage is.
7.0 Good
Pros: Beds were comfy, pool was excellent, there was plenty to do and the cepages restaurant was excellent. The supermarket was well stocked and the bakery excellent.
Cons: So this is the first place I have stayed at in the last 40 years where you have to take your own loo rolls... You get just 1 (maybe more if you are in accommodation with more than one loo)!! I don't know about VIP accommodation. If you are less than 6ft tall then you will struggle to reach most of the kitchen cupboards. Not sure who the kitchens were designed for. The sofa covers were tired and could have done with a good wash. I had tried to book directly with Centreparcs, but the website wouldn't work for me and no one answered the phone line. So I booked through booking.com which was straightforward. However we had to check-in in advance... A few more days of trying and needing the help of booking.com and we succeeded.. Centreparcs had used a bizarre version of our name which is why we couldn't work it out first, second or third time. When we got to the park we couldn't book things through the app because Centreparcs are not able to link bookings to an account if not booked directly, so we had to queue up at the information place to book anything.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I really love staying at Villages Nature. It's my fifth stay and it never gets bored. I love the swimming pool, the nature and the excellent facilities.
Cons: The electronic door handle didn't work so I had to go to the reception. They gave me a key to use for the rest of our stay. They should fix these kinds of things quickly in my opinion. It would be a shame if the park decays that quickly after opening in 2017.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice environment and good price/quality.
Cons: Long waiting time in the pasta restaurant. 2h to get food on the table is too long.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very spacious and loved the bathroom.
Cons: Hard to get any issues dealt with. Charline at the WELCOME HOUSE was not in the least bit interested. Very difficult to get through on the phone. Cottages could be doing with a washing machine .
6.3 Good
Pros: Spacious accomodation
Cons: No iron in cottage, no mirror in bedrooms and pillows are small
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Aqualagon was amazing. Great outside on a nice day. Had your own garden area to relax. Close to Disney. Beautiful views. Lots to do, great place for relaxing
Cons: Only given 1 roll of toilet paper the entire trip.

Pros: Great Staff
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location. Easy to find. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Cons: Bedroom needed refurbishment. Window had been painted over and curtains were hanging off the rails. Toilet flush not working properly.
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and confortable. Convenient commute to Disney. Macdonalds about 10 minutes away by car.
Cons: The alarms on the door going off when we tried to close door upon arrival to room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our family of five were given two adjacent rooms which was very thoughtful. On seeing our English registration plates, reception spoke English. The hotel was a perfect stopover on the way back to Calais from the South of France.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I reserved a twin bed room by mistake, they offered a double bed room instead if we prefered, even before I noticed my mistake.
Cons: They don't respect their own ecology rule and changes towels even when we put them where they are supposed to not be changed.
4.6 Okay
Cons: It is an old structure that changed name but did not change in any better. Room pretends to be fancy, it is renewed respect the old "Campanile" but still poor...the room is not that clean and being at the ground floor I found few insects, live and dead, in it.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Alles, everything, tout -lavabo geblokkeerd, lavabo bouché, sink blocked - no warm water, geen warm water, pas d'eau chaude - televisie in panne, television broken, television en panne - overal stof, dust everywhere, poussiere partout

6.3 Good
Pros: It is the ideal pace for 1 night stay, especially if you are travelling by car. You can also have a breakfast there and the room has everything you need for a good rest. The highway is very close, so very convenient to stop by.
Cons: Because of the high volume of customers, the place is not very clean, the facilities are quit basic.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. Worst experience of my life.
Cons: Foreign men outside our room all night drinking & smoking. Two fights broke out. Police called. Manager told us he would throw them out but never did. My kids were terrified and we didn't sleep a wink. I sent two emails to the hotel and to the manager and I still haven't received a reply. I was promised a refund once I emailed the person in charge of accounts but have received no acknowledgment. They refused to give me a cash refund. Rooms are tiny and there is a constant stench of smoke everywhere including your room. This place is to be avoided. It's unsafe, dirty, full of workmen that stand on the balcony and drink all evening till the early hours.

Pros: It is the ideal place to spend one night when you travel. The room has all you need to get a good rest and is very close to the highway as well. The parking is safe as they have video cameras all over.
Cons: Cleaning is one of the downside of the stay, the rooms have old furniture and they are not very clean. The breakfast has limited options and if you arrive late, you don't have too many options to eat around the place.
