Pros: The manager was amazing able to accommodate us after I booked the executive suites by mistake for my kids. The beach is the best and most comfortable one on the Dead Sea. The hotel has many pools, and is very spacious. The kids club has many options for entertainment. The hotel is clean.
Cons: The spa treatment rooms are very cold. I left without finishing my last treatment because I was so uncomfortable.
The beds are on the hard side unlike other 5 star hotels I stay. There is no heating in the rooms, so was cold at night. No option for people who need a low soft pillow to sleep.
Before leaving the beach we were told by concierge they have towels at the lifeguard booth. So after we do the mud and wash ourselves at the Dead Sea, we found no towels. He said they never keep towels there. luckily, we bargained with the lifeguard and exchanged two towels for a little flirting offering my nanny as a date (made NO sense but We needed towels for the kids).
Pros: He Hotel is very fancy, new and stylish.
Cons: Unfortunately, looks are deceiving. The bottom of the pool is covered with black mold. I personally removed one cockroach from my dinner plate and a maggot from my orange juice. Staff is clueless and undertrained, the hotel does not have direct access to the water (other hotels do), and they nickel and dime everything, from Internet use to use of a baby crib. This place is not worth the money and is dangerous.

After requesting 3 times our complimentary fruit basket, we never received it. They dont even give a soft drink in the rooms(it is the Dead Sea with average temp of 42 degrees in summer). WOuld not go back there.
Cons: Food was totally inedible!!! Recycled old salads, dirty and chipped serving plates and utensils, lack of real choice, majority of food completely unappetizing. Dont be fooled by the pretty interior design, there's nothing to eat, service is terrible

Pros: We really liked the fact that it was on the beach. The front desk manager was really nice. The room was very comfortable

Cons: I cannot believe that this is rated as a 5 start hotel. The rooms are old and filthy. The staff, insanely rude and unfriendly. Imagine the front desk not saying good morning to you, or calling reception and hearing "Yea" instead of hello or your name. As if you are doing them a favor. The buffet is limited and extremely expensive. This hotel is for the older crowd to whom they are also rude.
Pros: It was by the beach the food was ok the bed was huge
Cons: There was a band aid in my bed the dead sea had some pipe with a bunch of stuff flowing into it which was kind of gross they closed the pool super early
