8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent food, best breakfast buffet we tasted in Israel! Great dinner buffet as well 100m to the Dead Sea with good beach facilities (chairs, showers, etc) Nice pool
Cons: Very crowded and screaming children, especially in the pool Bar closed very early Soft drinks / cold water was only available in the afternoon, even if it was scorching hot
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was rich and very fresh, the staff was very friendly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, beach
Cons: Very nousy
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The pool was not cold but hot and staff were not very friendly
6.8 Good
Pros: Spa, Pool, Restaurant, Bed, Balcony
Cons: Staff attitude, room cleanliness, room facilities
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager was amazing able to accommodate us after I booked the executive suites by mistake for my kids. The beach is the best and most comfortable one on the Dead Sea. The hotel has many pools, and is very spacious. The kids club has many options for entertainment. The hotel is clean.
Cons: The spa treatment rooms are very cold. I left without finishing my last treatment because I was so uncomfortable. The beds are on the hard side unlike other 5 star hotels I stay. There is no heating in the rooms, so was cold at night. No option for people who need a low soft pillow to sleep. Before leaving the beach we were told by concierge they have towels at the lifeguard booth. So after we do the mud and wash ourselves at the Dead Sea, we found no towels. He said they never keep towels there. luckily, we bargained with the lifeguard and exchanged two towels for a little flirting offering my nanny as a date (made NO sense but We needed towels for the kids).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place great staff. Rooms are new and nice
Cons: Nothing place is awsome
4.2 Okay
Pros: He Hotel is very fancy, new and stylish.
Cons: Unfortunately, looks are deceiving. The bottom of the pool is covered with black mold. I personally removed one cockroach from my dinner plate and a maggot from my orange juice. Staff is clueless and undertrained, the hotel does not have direct access to the water (other hotels do), and they nickel and dime everything, from Internet use to use of a baby crib. This place is not worth the money and is dangerous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice new place great hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was wonderful!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very noisy people attending, the rooms where not in my 5 stars standards quality. I would'nt recommend that hotel.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, nice beach a short walk away, nice breakfast included. Great salt water pool indoors.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a convenient place to stay to visit the dead sea. You can take the shuttle to a private beach, bathrobes & towels are provided. The complimentary breakfast is varied and excellent. We were four men traveling together, but couldn't find any rooms with separate beds so we each took one room on the 8th floor.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
6.8 Good
Pros: The view from our room was directly on Dead Sea, very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good. Great choice of food.
Cons: Sadly the receptionists were not very friendly and they spoke poor English. I spotted one receptionist sipped coffee while checking-in. They couldn't provide much information for tourists.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is good. There was no need to go to the private beach. The public one right in front of the hotel was clean and within walking distance. Buffet dinner was reasonably priced, with good food. Rooms were clean.
Cons: 1. The pool closes at 6.30pm. Lifeguards were chasing us out at 6.20pm. And the pool bar closes at 5.30pm. The sun sets at 7.50pm. It is 40deg out. All I wanted to do was relax and cool off in the pool, but for some reason the hotel ses it appropriate to chase everyone out at 6.20pm. I am not sure why. Ther were still TONS of people relaaxing in the pool. 2. The restaurant serves a buffet dinner. We went in at ~8.15pm to have dinner. Nobody told us what time the restaurant closes when we entered. At 9pm all the food AND deserts were cleared away, without any staff tellling us they were closing the buffet line. We were shocked. Most people start eating dinner at 9pm here in Israel. 3. I forgot my toothbrush. The hotel did not have any. They told me to go to the shop in front of the hotel, which ALSO did not have any. And there were no other shops nearby. Overall, the hotel was not a disaster. But guest should calibrate their expectations. I was expecting a semi-luxurious hotel to relax for the weekend since it had a 4* rating. But it felt more like a simple and clean airport hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Every thing was good , Big and comfortable bed, large room and clean ,, The food was good also
Cons: There is no warm water in the all through the night They can improve the food to better types and more ,
7.0 Good
Pros: We loved the breakfast
Cons: Parking was haphazard. No body helps you with your luggage Pool closes at 6pm,why?
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel was a excellent. Great location and amenities. Great pool and dead sea water pool. Breakfast AMAZING and well worth the additional cost. Rooms standard to 4 star hotel, very comfortable. Nice lobby with free water and apple cider on arrival. Private dead sea beach with shuttle running right to it. No complaints at all.
6.3 Good
Pros: private beach 5 minutes walk or free shuttle: free facilities, chair, umbrellas etc. other hotels in the area di not have a private beach, tou need to rent the equipment and share commin.shelters for shadow. excellent breakfast.
Cons: the entire village is compltely made of big hotels, with half board regime, therefore there are no rsstaurants, bar etc, except for a shopping mall and a fast food. but this is the only beach of the coast with allowed access, and rhe beach is quite clean and fine.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I have come to this hotel many times. Good indoor pools with salted water. Amazing breakfast and very good value for money
Cons: They don't allow to do the check out earlier than 6pm on Saturdays. The staff art breakfast could be a little more kind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good location, all the room face to the dead sea . Me and my friend had a really good time in the hotel. The buffet dinner was amazing.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: We had to parked far from the hotel due to many cars in the parking. the staff at the entrance didn’t want to help with the parking and were very unfriendly. The food was ok but not special. The hotel needs to refurnished

8.8 Excellent
Pros: 3 minutes walk to dead sea. Shade. Showers available. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Free access to spa with excellent dead sea water pool and hammam. Nice room with a decent view over the dead sea.
Cons: Nothing really. Readers may want to know that this is a popular place for senior citizens. Maybe not ideal for families with small children or solo travelers.
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff tried to satisfy, but most of them do a very poor job and there is not enough control. The best thing in this hotel is the indoor pool with dead sea water.
Cons: unfortunately too much things: not enough parking place, the food is average, the corridors are very dirty and no one takes care, we got a room with a connection door to neighbors who were a little loud and we felt that they are in our room - the connection door is short and in fact does not isolate anything, the water did not run in the sink, the shower falls on your had when you close the water, fruits in the SPA were cut as for animals (with seeds), it takes 20 minutes to get to the reception cause they are busy with another call, in bathroom were few glasses on the floor, coffee is very average. about a month in advance we ordered massages in SPA - but day before we discover that our reservation was not reserved... The massage - for me and also for my spouse were not good at all.
7.5 Good
Pros: Right ať the beach Which was well equipped. The breakfast was good
Cons: When we entered the room there was a cockroach living with us and not paying the rent, we made him leave. The beach was a bit loud from nearby construction
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, the spa is really appreciated on warm days... The breakfast buffet was awesome, variety and quality of food (plus really flexible time)!
Cons: The reception was most of the times closed and had to go to the one in the other hotel.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The hotel refused service since I had children with me. Although I specifically searched on kayak fir s place for 2 adults and 3 kids
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great chill!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly located across from the Dead Sea, where there are changing cabins, shower facilities. The superior rooms are spacious, clean and come with jacuzzi style bath. The whole hotel emanates peace and tranquility. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast room is spacious and offers a great variety of cold and hot dishes, and lovely fresh breads and pastries.
Cons: The parking area was full, so we had to find parking space somewhere in the street, and had to drag our suitcases across the street, and up to the building.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick check in Few towels Nod bad over alll
Cons: fix Elevator
4.5 Okay
Pros: The bedding wasn’t clean and robes wasn’t clean Very boring hotel
Cons: Breakfast very Lousy
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great, the location is perfect and the hotel itself is really nice.
Cons: I went last year to the hotel next to it (Oasis) and waited a whole year to reutrn, but to the higher ranked hotel Spa Hotel. We went during the week, and for dinner and breakfast we were asked to go to the facilities of Oasis, but the day we left we saw that they were getting the dinning room of Spa Hotel ready... so this was really frustrating.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Very difficult to find a positive element about the property as the hotel is old and requires complete refurbishment. In addition it was dirty and staff was super rude.
Cons: The service was the worst I have ever experienced. I definitely would do everything to avoid staying there again.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to visit Masada fortress. breakfast is satisfactory, with a sweet and savoury buffet.
Cons: the time for dinner should be extended
7.0 Good
Cons: We booked a room for female, but there was a man staying in our room for one night! We are so upset about this serious thing and cannot realize why this would happen. Hope that can response to us and explain how it happens, thank you.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: Location if you want to hike up the snake trail early in the morning, close by to the bus station (2 minutes walk)
Cons: Staff (Daniel) was not friendly or welcoming at all, no help given whatsoever, for the reception as well as for the dinner. No one was available when I wanted to do an early check out at 5:30 am (the plan being to go on the snake trail for sunrise, like I guess 80% of their guests). I was told that you can basically check out between 8am and 10am, which kind of ruins the purpose of having a hotel close by to Massada if you need to come down very early without having the time to visit. No locker rooms available to leave your stuff, at some point a security guard told me to leave it in the hall !!? He reluctantly accepted to store it in their offices. Muddy footsteps in the shower, with two lousy shower gel portions available. Dinner is strictly between 6:30 and 7:30pm. It didn't feel like a hostel, more like a boarding room at an old lady with a cat place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean facility and great location and helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed one night to see Masada and the hostel is just next to that. So that was really perfect! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are REALLY good and with lots of options. Also there is a pool and after the hot hot hot visit to Masada that was just very nice. To see En Bokek/ Dead Sea it's 20 min. by bus, so not long.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location Pool Cleaness Staff
Cons: No bar or gathering spot Poor meals
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Closest place to stay near Massada and ample parking.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool was nice and staff were friendly
Cons: Breakfast salad didn't taste fresh.
7.5 Good
Pros: The rest was very satisfying and nice. Happy we chose this hotel. Fantastic to fo up in the night to Masada from here.
Cons: The only disappointing thing was that we arrived around 18.30 the pool was closed and we had looked so much forward to a swim at the end of the day. It helped alot though, that we could take a swim the next day after checking out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here with our two children, ages 10 and 15, in a family room. The room had a nice bed for us and two bunk beds for the kids, and a private shower and bathroom. Everything was very clean (except our outside balcony which was covered with bird poop, but whatever; the birds were there first). The food was amazing - yes, it's institutional food, but it's great for families with picky children - you can eat as much of the thing that you like! There was a TON of vegetarian options, also (we are vegetarians). Best variety of eating in all of Israel. There is also a cafeteria in the Masada museum, so you can get falafel and other types of sandwiches - even pizza. The workers there are also very friendly and helpful. It is also a nice place to meet other travelers and families. It's also a perfect location to climb the Snake Path; you wake up early in the morning (4:30am for us) and get started with everyone else. The Egged bus public transportation is right outside the door so you can easily go to Ein Bokek beach the day that you climb Masada - in fact we took public transportation all throughout Israel. The pool was incredible - it was so hot outside and so it was wonderfully refreshing - as you swim or sit in the pool you can enjoy the gorgeous view of mountains - we only wish the pool stayed open later! I'd stay here again and again. Also there is a great video to watch before you climb Masada and there is a museum attached. In fact, staying here is like staying in a museum / learning institution - do be prepared for student groups, but be happy that they are learning along with you.
Cons: I wish the pool stayed open longer, and maybe a little less bird poop on the our room's balcony. There was a lot of cigarette smoking in the hallways, but other than that the place was perfect, one of our favorite places to stay.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location to Masada, able to walk up Masada before sunrise and then watch the sunrise over the dead sea .
Cons: Room not clean and 4 school buses full of very loud children
Crowne Plaza Dead Sea - Ein Bokek - Building
6
8.0 Excellent (6,306 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Location Location!!!!!
Cons: Natural ageing process of property
4.5 Okay
Cons: Check-in took almost an hour, staff were not friendly, pool closed at 645pm, parking was full at the hotel so had to walk 0.5 miles in 115 degrees to park in an open dirt lot.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel is comfortable and right on the beach which is a great plus.
Cons: Some of the staff is rude especially in the dinning room. Some can use better attitude and smile at the guests sometimes it is more important than the service. Other than that they took care of all our problem in a very professional manner.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Dinner was superb.
Cons: Noisy air-conditioning, Some of the pool level staff were downright Ryde shouting at us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
4.3 Okay
Pros: Close to the beach, nice pool
Cons: Very old, torn furniture, broken things,...and very very expensive for what you get
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location, the sea is a few steps away, right behind the hotel. A 2 minute walk to the Dead Sea Mall where we ate lunch and dinner. The swimming pool was nice and big and the water temperature was perfect. The room was fine. It had a stunning view to the sea and the beds were comfortable. The waiters in lobby restaurant were very nice and helpful. The public hotel bathrooms are nice and renovated.
Cons: The pool area is run down, the plastic lounge chairs are uncomfortable and some broken. The towels they give you are thin and very small - in order to cover the whole chair you need 3 towels! Also there is no waiter service in the pool area. Luckily we befriended a nice waiter from the lobby who brought us ice coffees. There was no soap in the dispensers in the public hotel bathrooms. The parking lot doesn't have enough room. I had to park all the way down at the bottom and to exit was scary since it was uphill and narrow and I had to go in reverse the whole way. The breakfast was nothing special. The vegetables like cucumbers and lettuce looked old and when I mentioned it to the waiter he just ignored me. The gym was small and didn't have good airconditioning. At checkout when I wanted to speak to the manager, the girl working was rude and said you can tell me. After insiting anyway she left and came back 5 minutes later saying that he's busy and he'll call me . I left my number but never got a call. Overall it's not worth the price and I wouldn't come back until they update the pool facilities.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It’s a good location, directly near the dead sea
Cons: Very unfriendly staff. We woke up around 7 am since the sunbeds at the swimming pool were thrown around by the staff. One hour later the cleaning ladies were slamming with doors and talking very load.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location of the hotel is great! On the water!
Cons: Very large hotel with lots of loud guests and not enough parking space. Behaving like a rude local gets you better service then being a considerate visitor....
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: - location - views from the room.
Cons: - bad wifi connection ( you have to connect and disconnect very often for it to work and very very very slow) - rude workers and bad english speaking. - room service didn't provide the service asked for. When we went to ask for a solution at the reception, rude woman with no intention to help us. They didn't even apologize for it. - dirty floor of the room when we checked in. - old fashioned hotel. Need to be remodelated as soon as possible. Sofas at the lobby broken, furniture in the room badly preserved. Umbrellas from the pool area oxidated, as well as bins and doors from the spa.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room, bath & kitchen were clean
Cons: --- Everything was fine, thank you
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Still a little walk to the nearest beach but doable on foot (about 1-1,5km). Neighbourhood is nice and quiet and has free parking. Owners were friendly and helpful. Room is dated but clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities were fine for cooking. Has a nice and quiet outside terrace.
Cons: Rooms was quite expensive, a bit above our normal maximum but there was nothing much else available near here. The shower head is loose and does not stay upright. Also the bathroom door keeps blowing open because it cannot be closed, that is also why the shower curtain keeps being blowed inside the shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Israel isn't cheap, but for a 2-night stay this was way better and cheaper than the hotels in the same area. Although you are not exactly at the beach, which is one of the things you are looking for if you are staying there, it was a 5 minute drive to the beaches near hotels. The beaches aren't private, and after a bath in the dead sea, you definitely need the public shower to rince off. We loved being a 20 min away fro Masada Mount so we could drive to it early in the morning to catch the sunrise from up-there. Beginning January, 20ºC.. I couldn't have expected something better to end our trip to Israel. The host were helpful and let us be totally free. Really enjoyable.
Cons: The neighbours seemed like noisy-happy Russian people, not especially quiet but we read that before booking and it did not bother us at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The kitchen was well equipped
8.0 Excellent
Pros: worth this money. Good kitchen. Was pleasure that exist filter for water
Cons: you could here your neibours, and could be noisy outside
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hostess and cleaness
6.8 Good
Pros: Close to beach as far as driving, but definitely not ON the beach however.
Cons: No toilet paper!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was quaint and not far from Ein Botek. Unfortunately it was 118° (record breaking) and too hot to be comfortable. Our air conditioner didn’t work as well as it could have because it was so hot and sleeping was difficult. Sam was a wonderful host. He told us where to eat and to swim since there’s no swimming in Neve Zohar. Only there a day but enjoyed it. It’s not fancy but a good value. I’d recommend it
Cons: The fact that it was away from the beach made it a bit more difficult. Perhaps if the AC had been turned on in advance it would have been more pleasant. But that’s all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gil's apartments was even better then we expected! We came much later then planed and the owner waited for us, also coz of storm there was no electricity in the building, he brought us a lighter and helped us with luggage! good equipped kitchen, drinking water for free and nice and quiet terrace !
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Gil was very helpful and friendly

5.5 Okay
Pros: The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel has a private beach and a large pool.
Cons: The staff largely does not speak English. For example, when I asked an employee how to get to the pool with our baby's stroller, he answered, "I don't understand" and walked away. When I asked the man at the pool bar for an English menu, he said, "Hamburger, schnitzel, chips," which was definitely not the whole menu. And when I attempted to order room service, it took multiple calls and over 45 minutes to actually place an order. Other issues were that the pool closes way too early -- 6:15 pm, and the hours of the pool bar are only 11-4, which food available only starting at 1:30.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpfully
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location at Dead Sea excellent food and access to the Salt Sea
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The cocktails were amazing and the outside pool area (recently refurbished) were actually the nicest part of this property...
Cons: On arrival, no parking was available and not one person could offer assistance for parking or with our luggage. Check in was slow and our room type (despite being booked) wasn’t available, the hotel was trying to be more than it was, the breakfast was ok, but a serious shortage of fresh fruit, and the spa - the massage was amazing, but the reception staff and cleanliness of the pool area showers were really bad, most of the lockers didn’t work, it was just really poor. One of the pools was also being redone (wasn’t told about this) but there was other options, just the constructions and fumes around the spa were unbearable.
7.5 Good
Pros: Large rooms, good breakfast and dinner, nice pool
Cons: Hotel a bit outdated. air conditioning in the room needs fixing, as it was in its maximum settings and the room was at times still hot.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, good food, lots of space around pool
Cons: Shop was never open and location was a bit far from anything else
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dining room is very clean, food is exellent!!! Staffs are extremely friendly... You feel like King here...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good food and amazing breakfast. Very nice spot of dead sea - not muddy. Also got a free upgrade
Cons: Very expensive for the level of luxury. Very crowded and noisy public areas
6.8 Good
Pros: It’s in the Dead Sea wich is amazing. The buffet is excelent The spa is ok.
Cons: The air conditioner in our room didn’t work. We call so many times to the front desk so they fix it but no one did. Front desk attention was poor. No one speaks English, maybe is a place for locals.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Food and service in the restaurant are, as always, great. Special thanks to Jamal and his team, in particular Josef, Mustafa and Jamal. Location on the beach and nice views of the sea from every room. Good size rooms and very comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels and nice hotel beach.

6.3 Good
Cons: Very tiny windows with sea view
4.5 Okay
Pros: Front reception area looks nice. The public beach across the street was clean, offered outside showers and private dressing areas. Breakfast buffet was decent.
Cons: The reception area and entire floor had a very strong floral scent, some may like it but it gave me a very bad headache. Keep in mind that the 1st and 2nd room were in the same condition. Carpet needed a cleaning very bad if not replaced, it didn’t even look like it had been vacuumed. At some points the carpet didn’t even come to the wall. Curtains had food and bug stains on them. Chairs were in disrepair, fabric was peeling off. Both bathroom sinks were very slow to drain. Rooms need to be updated, cleaned, & repaired. Pictures on website were very misleading. Think the 3 D’s; dark, dingy, dirty. Pool closes at 6:30 even though it’s hot outside. Dining area by spa smelled good but is used by the Spa Club hotel next door, not assessable for Oasis patrons. The dining area for Oasis offers maybe 8 choices, if that, it was not a real dining area that you could sit and eat a decent dinner at. It’s more of a bar. My suggestion - if this is the only place available, save your money and make the Dead Sea a day trip instead of an overnight trip.

Pros: I do not know if they provide such variety every day (we stayed there just for one night, which happened to be Shabbat), but both dinner and breakfast we got there were the best compare to other hotels we stayed during our two-week trip all over the country.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: This property is very dirty. I would not be staying here in the future.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location to water.
Cons: No chairs in the room and had to remind them 4 times about a birthday gift promised before arrival for my daughter who travelled to Israel for her birthday
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic to visit the dead sea and Massada National Park. The fact that the spa pools and outdoor pool were included in the price for one night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Short walk to the sea. Great spa facilities and excellent massages. Food was excellent and very diverse.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location (close to the beach (it’s free for guests), to the bus station and the shopping in Ein Bokek), great breakfast, SPA is ok (they have a pool with water from the Dead Sea)
Cons: For us everything was fine, but if u want everything new and modern u have to choose another hotel
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is very good, near to the dead sea. You can go by foot to the mini-malls and restaurants near the hotel. Also inside the hotel there is restaurant, but we didn't try it because our stay was just for one night. The breakfast was rich and fine, but there was not a variety of juices - only red grapefruit and orange made of concentrate.. didn't like it. Although it is very hot in July, if you wake up at 7 am, eat and then go to the sea/pool - it is fine! Anyway, the rooms are comfortable with basic facilities, which are enough for short staying. The staff is nice and helpful :)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Was really nice
Cons: The pillow in my bed had a snot. The Gym close to early (why they close it) and open too late. The Spa is close too early and open too late too.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, amazing food, friendly staff
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view from the room, amazing pool, free spa with many pool options, beautiful private beach, great buffets (we took half board) with variety and food options for everyone. They handled milk allergy well. Also they encouraged us to enjoy the property and gave us towel service the day after checkout - a big plus. We feel we received excellent value and hope to be back.
Cons: Room was clean enough but could have been cleaner.
5.4 Okay
Cons: Didn't keep to there words in regards to Shabbat mode
9.5 Excellent
Cons: Dinner buffet was great if you are a vegitarian but a bit pricey for hot dogs chicken and beef stew
5.0 Okay
Cons: How dirty the hotel was in the pool area. I have never seen so much garbage!!! I am shocked how badly kept the pool area. When we showed up and asked about parking. The guy looked at me and said "there is no parking". find somewhere else. REALLY? I am paying $400 a NIGHT and you have no parking. Seriously, Israel needs to better itself in the customer service department. Everyone is MISERABLE. Nobody wants to work. Nobody smiles. Nobody cares. You have to FIGHT for customer service. Either except it or walk away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can honestly say we enjoyed every second
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel was nice but nothing special was a little disappointed for the price we had paid
Cons: It was not very exciting for the price we paid and thought it was overrated
5.8 Okay
Pros: More room cleaning
Cons: Excellent food
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was good. Breakfast and dinner were of good good and plenty. Upon checkin they upgraded our room to a better suite with private patio and hot tub.
Cons: Staff could have been a little more welcoming and friendlier.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic right on the Dead Sea with a private beach. Rooms nice with a great view.
Cons: Problem is that the pool closes early and so does the beach.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Views to Dead Sea
Cons: Having to walk across to water Even though ample staff working at cleaning the equipment does not do work hallways and room despite being vacuumed were simply dirty left over of snacks and cockies on floor in room This is clearly lack of management care and attention
5.8 Okay
Pros: The facilities, the breakfast buffet.
Cons: Not that clean, outdated, the beach towel machines didn't work well, the buffet dinner was overpriced and not that good (although the breakfast buffet was good one of our two mornings). The spa service was mediocre (not that clean, not luxurious) but prices mirrored NYC style pricing. Children and evening activities were sub par. Everything was mediocre for the price that we were charged. And the parking and it's lot were horrendous. The lot was filled the entire weekend, so we had to pay for parking across the street. At min, the hotel should cover the cost! Their lot is small and is designed poorly.

With a stay at Zimmer Dora Dead Sea in Neve Zohar, you'll be 25.2 mi (40.6 km) from Ein Gedi National Park and 14.1 mi (22.7 km) from Masada National Park. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and multilingual staff. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very good and comfortable. There was everything what we need. Bathroom was clean and very nice. We could use the cmall kitchen to cook something. It was close to the Dead Sea. Owner was very helpfull. We've got mud, cream for skin and tickets to the beach.
Cons: It was difficult to find this place because there is no streets names.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Complicated check-in process
9.3 Excellent
Pros: very clean nice location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Place was old but had pretty much all we needed...and a hell of a better price than the modern hotels up the road...
Cons: No cupboards to hang things in..no clothes hoist as advertised...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was really nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. The landlord was also very nice :)
Cons: The place is few kilometres far from public beaches and I didn´t see any public transport there, so I think the car is necessary.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Mostly everything, especially the bunk bed in the livingroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The number itself is very good. In addition to two quite spacious rooms, there is a terrace with a barbecue. The only place in Israel where it was not necessary to put water in advance to warm before taking a shower. The staff is English and Russian speaking, quite friendly.
Cons: In Neve-Zohar you need to come by car, since there is no private beach in the settlement. To the nearest beach, you will have to walk about 20-30 minutes along a loose gravel road (which is not very convenient, since people usually go to the beach in slippers). At a public beach, you can use a ticket for a sunbed, which is good, but, of course, it would be more pleasant to relax on the beach directly in Neve Zohar.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Air conditioning in the bedroom smelled like there was mould in it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great shower. The apartment had a washing machine. Good internet. Comfortable bed.
Cons: It was confusing as to where to meet to get the key but once we got it, all was fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was in good location. As good as it posible in this region. The host was helpfull and friendly
Cons: The boiler got broken during pir stay, but the host gave as other appartment, so it was not a big problem.

7.5 Good
Pros: All good
Cons: Some equipment in exercise room not working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food, the pool, experiencing the Dead Sea, the salt baths, the spacious room.
Cons: Environs at Ein Bokek. Advice: stay at the resort!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, clean hotel
Cons: After my room was cleaned they didn’t leave new towels (but took the old ones). When I called down they brought them up right away
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Amazing hotel with good services a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Your staff! Very friendly and very service minded.
Cons: That the shampoo, shower gel etc are made in China. They should be Dead Sea products made in Israel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Mini concert and much food
Cons: Parking staff not doing they’re works
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Service was great, location was great, accommodations were great, balcony view was amazing, it was so easy to access The Dead Sea, steps from the hotel, beach was immaculate, and the pool was really nice. Shopping was all in walking distance. Definitely good value for the money. Late checkout as well at 12:00, which was a great perk. We paid 1/2 board, but they also gave us free dinner, which was really nice. They worked hard to accommodate my gluten-free needs as well.
Cons: There was a little mold in the shower, and most of the guests were much older, so it felt like we were guests in a nursing home. That is no fault of the hotel however.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good. The indoor pools were enjoyable. Access to the beach excellent.
Cons: Outside pool was small for the number of guests using it.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was great. Room was nice. Access to Dead Sea was great.
Cons: 1. All but two of the staff we interacted with (~10 total) were fairly indifferent and rude. Two were excellent (one at the desk and one in the spa). 2. The hotel ran out of towels for the beach - this does not seem acceptable for a > $300/night hotel. 3. We could not find a place to park and had to call the hotel. They suggested we park at McDonalds and walk (they did not let us drop off our luggage). Again strange for a >$300/night hotel.
6.3 Good
Pros: The beach and the hotel manager
Cons: The pics are totally misleading - the nice rooms on the site were not what we got - it’s a bit run down with terrible food

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast options were incredible. So many choices and delicious! The pool area is beautiful and also has a Dead Sea water pool both indoor and outdoors.
Cons: Room could have provided more basic things such as slippers as the carpets are quiet old and dirty. The balcony was also not cleaned.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very nice, the pool when it opens is quiet and peaceful. Later it gets very noisy.
Cons: Not the best value for money, but it was nice. Matresses were not too comfortable.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The stuff became nicer after a very bad beginning
Cons: It was very, very dirty. Everywhere. Plus, It's far from the sea
6.0 Good
Pros: The food was great, and the spa is really good
Cons: Their beach was a construction site, it was terrible!!! Noisy and no facility want so ever! The reception staff had made a mistake and let in other guests into our room. When we came back we saw a staff member going through our staff to find out who was staying in the room 500 shekel went missing... They had charged us 18% extra for taxes - out reservation said it was all included. The security if the hotel said they will take care if the situation and investigate the theft and will let the manager of the hotel know of the situation. A day later the hotel manager had no idea of the theft and the security of hotel said they cannot investigate and they can't do a thing, the only people who can investigate thus is the police so we need to go to the police station to file a complain. That was a nice stay...
9.3 Excellent
Pros: David Dead Sea Hotel and Spa This is an excellent 4 star hotel that I highly recommend from location to amenities its well worth the cost. Food: excellent buffett breakfast included Atmosphere: very nice upscale decor Wifi: very good. Was able to stream Netflix Parking: on site but feels like on street. It was not an issue and is free. Service: pretty good. Effective but not friendly Price: we paid $170 in August for a Sea view room with breakfast. Location: excellent. Directly across the street from the Dead Sea. Spa: the infoor spa has an adults only indoor and outdoor pool fed by the dead sea. Also 2 jacuzzi. Its beautiful and quiet. No screaming children splashing you! I had a massage. It was fairly good at an ok price. I was happy to have it after a long day. Bed comfort, sheets, pillows all very nice. A large bathroom with shower and separate bathtub.
Cons: Staff not very friendly. Never one smile. Staff in the spa were very helpful.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Restaurant was very dirty. Trash were everywhere Couldnt find place to sit and eat couse of dirty tables. There was no glasses or cups or plates in the room. When i reguested coffee mugs i waited 4h and just left hotel to get coffee from outside.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pools
Cons: Food
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. Friendly and very honest. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in En Bokek. Short walk to the Dead Sea (there is a shuttle). Nice and very big Pool. Even an dead-Sea-salt-Pool. Room was larger than expected with a large bathroom and hotel safe. Breakfast was nice and a lot. Don’t get there too late.
Cons: Loud music at the Pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is beautiful but the hotel should provide dead sea mud on the beach. One day at the dead sea is not enough to also experience En Gedi nature reserve waterfalls. Recomended!
Cons: The receptionists should be more friendly but the rest of the hotel personel are very friendly. The hotel has a beautifil location & view. The food is great.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location was good and they had their own beach across the road and provided chairs and lounges right by the Dead Sea which was amazing. View from room was great.
Cons: 1- majority of staff from concierge, front desk guy at night, bartender, even housekeeper delivering towels were rude and unwelcoming. Never experienced anything like this before at a hotel if this size and stature 2-room was dated (old)and the bed very uncomfortable. Echhh 3-breakfast quality was low, messy room, tons of tables not cleaned, overall tasteless food and unfriendly staff here as well Ended sharply at 1030am 4- clear lack of any sense of hospitality in general
5.5 Okay
Pros: I liked the room, it was big and comfortable. The bathroom was a great size.
Cons: That the pool closes at 6:00 and the kids slide at 5:00

Nestled on the beach, this Neve Zohar hotel is within 20 mi (32 km) of Masada National Park, Glass Art Museum Arad, and Ein Gedi Spa. Ein Gedi Beach and Neot HaKikar Park are also within 25 mi (40 km).
6.8 Good
Pros: the variety of food at breakfast was great Front desk staff was good special thanks for Omar he was amazing helpful and professional The beach access was amazing The pool was nice
Cons: My first night was a total disappointment I payed for a deluxe double room but they gave me a standard room that really doesn’t fit 4 people They said they don’t have any rooms !!! Then they upgraded us to what we actually reserved and payed.. the entertainment team was really good and friendly the only problem was that all acts and shows was in Hebrew not even one in English if you are a Hebrew speaker your kids will love it other wise like my kids they won’t enjoy and will feel bored . The whole place needs renovation
4.3 Okay
Pros: Linens and bathroom were clean when the room was prepared.
Cons: We were given the key to a room that was not yet attended to after the previous guests. The room was dirty and a mess as staff had net yet cleaned. Once the room was cleaned and attended to, there was a thick layer of dust left on all the surfaces and a sticky leftover food on the bedroom counter table, a dead bug on the counter table, dirt and crumbs under the pullout couch, and garbage from previous guests in the corner on the floor. There was always a back-log and line up for beach towels. The spa showers were a mess and dirty. There was also no working lights above the showers. The drain of one shower was so clogged the water would not go down and my feet were swimming in dirty water. In one section of the kitchen there was no food and a line, while in the other section there were trays full of food and no people because staff were saying that section had been closed off, though it was still open. There is not enough space to sit in the main dining area and the tables are not cleaned fast enough so there are tables full of leftover plates an few clean spaces to sit.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: the hotel is old and many facilities need maintenance and cleaning
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel has improved, staff were rude in the past, they are much better now. They now answer the phones better and come quickly when there is a problem.
Cons: The check in is third world, terrible, our presidential suite was an hour and a half late and not ready!!!! then we didn't even get a text to say it WAS ready at 4:30! Thye gave a stick of ice cream to apologize. they kept telling us it was being cleaned but it wasn't ready. So for 700 dollars we didn't even get 24 hours vacation!! they only gave us 2 extra hours for their very bad check in policies which almost ruined the vacation. Thye did try to make up for it so that was appreciated. I think they need more cleaning staff. Micheal and PR lady were good but it had to be MUCH better for the VIP room check in.
6.5 Good
Pros: We really liked the fact that it was on the beach. The front desk manager was really nice. The room was very comfortable
Cons: The check in takes very long not enough staff. The pool towels saw better days. The bathrooms and rooms had no facial tissues. Elevators took very long to get.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Access to beach was excellent and food was great
Cons: Hotel needs a renovation and looks dated. Staff seemed tired and unhappy and did the bear minimum. Entertainment area needs improvement including the bar area which felt like a school concert
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and terrific swimming pool. We enjoyed the balcony off the bedroom.
Cons: I liked everything.
7.0 Good
Pros: The cleanliness and the good food
Cons: Overbooking, you book for a room and you get a very inferior room than the one you asked for... we asked for deluxe family room of 32m with balcony and sea ocean and we a room of 22m with Mountain View and not Sea and there were no balcony at all
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing, location and view were superb. The evening show was very fun.
Cons: When we arrived we had to wait more than an hour to check in. The lining system was messy. It was very uncomfortable.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was adequate at best. The beach location was good. The room was good for the years in use.
Cons: The staff was unruly and lacked communication between them-selves.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great for kids
Cons: A little like butlins Understaffed Very very eco unfriendly So much food waste and Plastic

Pros: The pool was nice and clean. Dinner and breakfast buffet had a good selection and was ok. Great like for us for one night stopover.
Cons: The staff didn't seem very happy and motivated as expected as we read the reviews of other customers. The building and facilities are dated, which is no issue. Corridors were messy like vacuum cleaner unattended, but have been great if it would have been used.
