Great for group or family
We loved the two bedroom suite for our two families. It gave us the option to out kids to bed earlier and still have some adult time after. It was also nice for the kids to play together. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had good options. Location was pretty convenient. Overall great stay! We would definitely stay again!
Upset that when we arrived our very expensive room
The staff were nice and polite.
That we were checked in and never told our room which was purchased as a double room / bath suite was no longer available. Instead we were put into a single room at the same cost and have had to fight and be the middle man between the hotel and kayak / orbitz to get our more than $600 back. Which honestly really didn't make up for our ruined stay cramped into a tiny room with a group. Completely changing our weekend experience for our first trip to New Orleans. We had expected to be compensated and were even told we would be. But were not and still have yet to receive our refund. ;(.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Stove, fridge, and microwave went unused but were appreciated.
The complimentary breakfast wasn't all that special, but it got the job done
Location was perfect for the French Quarter and the art district
The breakfast was horrible and not even close to the standards illustrated on the pictures of their website
I love the set up of the room and how spacious it is.
Due to its primary location, Hilton New Orleans attracts business travelers because of its downtown location in the business district.
