Unless you’re a college kid, or traveling solo & super strapped for cash, don’t stay here. I had 4 nights booked here, stayed 1 night, and decided to stay elsewhere for the rest of my trip, even though my remaining 3 nights were non-refundable.
Located right under Street cars (no sleeping in) Early check in was not available. Barely available for 4:00 p.m. A/C broken, TV remote not working, toilet would not flush next morning
Cleanliness and aged dirty facilities were a problem
Pros. I did not like anything about my stay. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
Cons. It was extremely overpriced and the room was microscopic. The room was bArely big enough to fit the bed. Housekeeping went into my room and took things from my bathroom while I was away and denied it when asked. I will not return.
Pros. Nice
Cons. The facilities and staff are rude and not reasonable at all. They just keep saying sorry but like everyone can agree, when someone says sorry so many times they do not mean one word of it.
Pros. Our bed was so comfortable.
Pros. Awesome location. Close to everything I wanted to see.
Cons. No pool but it's OK. Wasn't in the hotel much anyway
Pros. It was center to everything, on the street car line, and rooms were quiet and cold!!! Great place
Pros. Customer service was really good. The restaurant in the hotel was awesome.
Cons. This is an old hotel. The elevator is bee old and slow. In fact an employee was in the elevator with me and she had to jump up and down to get the elevator to move. The tub in the bathroom was a bit scratched up. The rooms are very small. There was old food in our fridge. The valet is a bit confusing when you first arrive. It takes 20 minutes to get your car.
Pros. Great restaurant service and variety especially BF Great Wi-Fi Great price on Kayak Young female at Front Desk waited on 4 people at one time Stored luggage and kept my car for 2 hours to eat lunch after checkout
Cons. better directions to second elevator which is at the end of the wall
