Pros (+) They let us check in 2 hours early. The room had mold in it. The beds were really hard. Plenty of free parking. No waits at the front desk. Staff was accommodating but unprofessional. My car didn’t get broken into. I came for the Essence Fest and it was the only close hotel available. So if it’s a last resort, staying here isn’t horrible. I didn’t experience any pests. Breakfast was store bought m...

Cons (-) Very dirty rooms. Hado to switch rooms due to ac leaking water in the room and not working properly. I definitely won't stay here again!

Cons (-) Asked for nonsmoking room yet it smelled like someone had been smoking no towels were available the pool wasn't working the beds were hard. Needs alot of work starting from the front desk to the rooms
