This hotel is over the top.
Angel or devil. Your choice. It's the theme of the hotel. Besides impeccable service the theme carries throughout the hotel. You'll see it as soon as you enter the lobby. Enter an elevator and with a big screen TV the adventure continues. We had a standard room the first two nights but their standard is far above that in decor. Our next 3 nights were in one of their Angel Suites. If you think the standard room was great wait till you see an angel suite. Their named after arch angels. Its indescribable in luxury and the style and theme continues. They do have the devils suite named after Lucifer. It's the only one decorated in black and red. I dont want to give away more. See and experience it for yourself.
We couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. But we'll be back to NOLA (New Orleans LouisiAna and surely stay there again.
Fun romantic getaway hotel
Staff was efficient and courteous, all smiles everywhere. The overall theme of the hotel is seen throughout the lobby and common areas, ‘Saint’ white angelic areas and red/black ‘Sinner or Naughty’ areas! Rom was nice and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super cute and modern and spotless. AC was COLD. Didn’t need the mini-fridge or mini-bar, we were in NOLA ! Everything is close by!
If you need to keep something cold, the fridge is full of purchasable items, so either feet them to bring something up or bring ice chest /cooler with you. (This did not effect my stay)
Great place to stay
I normally stay at the well known 4 & 5 star hotels so I really stepped out of the box for this trip. The hotel was great we had a corner room facing Canal St. The beds were comfy and we had restful nights. We enjoyed the amenities and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Kotrell set us up with two amazing and very different tours. He also remembered us and always greeted us with a large smile and interest in our day. The rest of the staff was just as nice. From the front desk to the room service staff and housekeeping. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance to travel to New Orleans again.
Favorite hotel in New Orleans
Beautiful hotel, amazing staff!
We stayed here because of the price and location. It seemed to be the best of both worlds and it definitely was! Easy walk to all French Quarter locations. The lobby is gorgeous, as were the rooms. Fun bar in the lobby, too, with live music in the evenings. We were a group of 4 couples and we all loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
Location on Canal St is not my favorite (busy, a bit dirty), but you only have to walk 3 blocks to be in the heart of the French quarter.
New Orleans Hotels' The Saint Hotel, Autograph Collection shows of the city’s sinful and angelic sides through intricate decor, starting with a spacious lobby and carrying over to the more-than 170 guest rooms and suites.
The history of The Saint Hotel dates back over 110 years, starting with the office space that occupied it for much of the 20th century. When converted into a hotel in 2010, the New Orleans’ establishment was opened with a theme in mind. High-end suites that range from 1,000 to 2,200 sq. ft. bear the names of saints and angels and are decorated to appear devilish or heavenly. Deluxe guest rooms offer a more familiar style with modern furnishings, fiber optic WiFi, a personal workspace, Egyptian cotton linens, a 40” flatscreen television, and walk-in showers.
Visitors can either eat in the comfort of their room or explore the eight-story hotel to find classic dining at Tempt and a space to mingle at Burgundy Bar jazz club. Tempt’s menu is an elegant take on southern cuisine with options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A 3,000-sq.-ft. opulent event space is large enough to cater to weddings and corporate meetings while Burgundy Bar’s elegance is ideal for smaller social gatherings.
Just beyond the doors of The Saint Hotel, guests will find themselves faced with historic New Orleans. Bourbon Street, the New Orleans Historic Voodoo Museum, the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, and Louis Armstrong Park are all minutes away.
The Saint Hotel, Autograph Collection captures the spirit of New Orleans with its eclectic style and provides guests with convenient and comfortable accommodations.
