Pros (+) For a NYC hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious. I love the artistic details and boutique ambiance. It's a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredible too, very service oriented. There's room service available, and they provide bottled water in the rooms. This is a great hotel!

Pros (+) Very noisy because of the outside ventilation that makes a terrible continuous noise, very bad room service (meaning the menu is terrible) and they ask you an extra $7 to deliver in the room!! Room decoration could easily be improved, specially the floors. Not a good experience to my taste although it is a pity because the location is fantastic
