Comfortable room and great shower
Front desk service was not overly friendly or accommodating.
spacious NYC rooms, great staff, great location
For a NYC hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious. I love the artistic details and boutique ambiance. It's a beautiful hotel. The staff is incredible too, very service oriented. There's room service available, and they provide bottled water in the rooms. This is a great hotel!
Fitness center is off site.
The pictures don't do it justice. Great location. I had an incredible stay!
Great little hideaway in the heart of midtown.
The hotel room was comfortable. The location was good.
Someone through the valet service took our "toll money" out of our car. Not what we expected.
Everything. The room was nice, the staff was outstanding
Nothing. I intend to make it my go-to hotel for my overnights in the cityp
the showers are incredible, the staff are friendly/helpful, and the rooms are beautifully designed.
I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful - this gives such a good atmosphere.
I would have wished that their coffee shop served tea - why not?
Very good location and friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable beds
Small bath, no counterspace. Our room faced the street and was very noisy from the outside traffic.
Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and Central Park.
Decor and location
The street was noisy at night (e.g. garbage collection) and windows didn't keep the noise out; air conditioning was blowing air straight on my head when sleeping
The relatively small size of the hotel.
The high rate on the 30th and 31st December (500$+ , with the charges/tax)
The hotel is exotically sparse, elegant in its appointments, despite the unfinished sense of the rooms - you believe you are in a loft to be sure.
Rooms need a luggage rack to place suitcases on, and the lighting in the bathroom was not informed by a woman.
the location. kindness of the staff. space in the room. bathroom .size of the hotel
breakfast can be better
The location was great and design was very chic. Bed sheet was clean and comfortable. Shower was great.
The room was a little too dark and seems it has not been updated. Carpets looked dirty and bath room had molds and cracks.
An oasis of calm in the epicenter of one of the most dynamic cities in the world, our quiet interiors are a retreat from the hustle and bustle that make Manhattan, well, Manhattan. And with over 500 original works of art featured throughout our midtown hotel, we bring the best of New York Citys art scene right into your guest room or suite (not to mention our beautiful lobby, library, and guest floors).
