Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were a little small but not a massive issue.
Nothing staff was rude n nasty
I took a hot shower & the smoke alarm began to go off for an entire hour . My boyfriend and I called the front desk multiple times for assistance and each time the lady answered the phone very rude. It took twenty minutes for security to come upstairs and when he came up he worked on the alarm for about 15 minutes with a knife before he decided to go get an actual screw driver to open up the base of the alarm. He comes back up twenty five minutes later and after about 6 minutes the alarm stops naturally because he couldn’t get the base of it off with the tool. We go downstairs and tell front desk (there’s a man now) about the problem & he offers a different room. Today me and my bf wake up and starts running the shower and we notice the shower hose has a slice in it so we couldn’t even wash off . This has been the most ratchet hotel experience of my life. I’m currently in the process of seeing if I can get a full refund back. HOTEL FROM HELL!!!
I only liked the area .
The room was not what i payed for . They showed me a totallty different room from when i got there & the shower water was cold.
We couldn't find a microwave to warm up our food, and had to order. We asked, they said we don't have any. Staffs were no help.
