Honestly, I really don't know what to add here. Probably that it was clean. Convenient as a central location to get us in all directions. Comfortable beds. Some of the staff were really nice and helpful.
The Location was opposite the Buss Station Terminal, hence very noisy and not a particularly nice view. The street feels very unsafe, with lots of homeless (most of them under influence of drugs and some of them become aggressive for no reason). Also, the streets are full of rubbish every morning, which brings along the obvious terrible smell, even after its collection. All the air con's noise would transfer into the room. So not only you had to deal with the outside noise (not a glimpse of phonic isolation), but also the air machine. Late check-out fees - $50/hr. Honestly, this closed the trip in a disappointing way. Instead of making us feel welcomed again, it felt like they'd do anything to rip you off at departure. Ughh. No value for money at all. Unfortunately not recommended. If I'd every return there I'd book only hotels from street 40 upwards.
The room was clean and the environment comfortable.
The street in front was disgusting. The Port Authority Bus Terminal doesn’t help. The TV reception is really bad.
I found the location to be perfect for exploring Manhattan, the staff were very attentive, helpful, professional and friendly. A great hotel at a very reasonable rate. Would return on my next visit.
Can't think of anything!
Near Times Square
It was loud, near bus central station, the room was small.
