Cons (-) My do not disturb sign was on the door and while I was in the shower housekeeping opened the door prior to the mandatory check out time.

Cons (-) I booked and fully prepaid a double with two beds over six weeks in advance. The payment was to Amoma and the voucher was from Kayak. According to the hotel's front desk staff, a different booking request was receiived, for one bed, from Hotel Beds two weeks later. Hotel was full so we had to share a bed. We did not receive what we booked and paid for. I want a full refund and more.
Pros (+) Every staff member we encountered was beyond courteous and helpful. Very well ran. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient short walk to Javitz for show. Did not try food services or bar.
