The room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located.
The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. There was no refrigerator and no microwave.
I chose this hotel due to the included breakfast. The breakfast variety was very good which included eggs, sausage, cereals, breads, muffins, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt. Juices including orange apple, and milk, assorted coffees and hot chocolate. However, as other reviewers commented, it is CROWDED at breakfast! The location is great if you want to be in the middle of all the action close to Times Square. Also, our room service lady was extremely nice. Always smiling and ready to assist us with anything extra we needed.
Breakfast was very crowded and could use some cleaning and refilling while people are making plates and at the waffle station. Bathroom is small for 3 women getting ready and preparing for the day but we made it work with the mirrors attached to the closet.
Breakfast was nice. Good enough variety. Sometimes very busy. Staff always pleasant in the dining room when we asked for anything that had ran down.
Location was great.
Breakfast area was really crowded. This isn't really something the hotel can fix unless the dining area is expanded but it was my least favorite part. The breakfast offerings were good though.
