So I paid extra money for a corner king size room. The staff took about an hour to check me in because they couldn’t find my reservation, then asked me to pay for the whole six night stay again which I had already purchased. Cons (-) Stayed here before, this time room felt more cramped. “Closet” had an ironing board stuffed inside at an angle that made it impossible to hang clothes. Kleenex ran out and not replaced, only had decaf coffee, handle fell off shower water control, bed was uncomfortable

Charge extra for room with a view - view is simply a building across the street. Breakfast is full buffet or nothing - no a la carte pastry or fruit.
