The rooftop bar. Friendliness of staff. Location of the hotel.
Breakfast was a bit expensive (not unexpected though) at over 100 dollars for the family Great corner room with views from World Trade 1 right up to new Central Park towers Super clean Staff were all superb regardless of what role they had
Roof top bar was unavailable due to a private event on our last night (3 nights overall) which was a shame as its a big selling point
Good sized room, very friendly staff, well laid out bathroom. Immaculately cleaned every day, and toiletries always restocked so didn't have to worry about running out. Plenty of USB charging ports.
Would've liked a little more storage in the room. 1 hanging wardrobe with a shelf is not quite enough for 2 staying a week. Would've liked more power from the shower. The room was quite dark more lighting would've been nice
Great location for the less touristy places. Soho, Greenwich, port area all easy to get to for great nights out.
Nice rooftop Bar. Good location.
Breakfast was expensive. Could of had a sofa or chairs in the room.
