Cons. When I first got to hotel to check in I was informed that the room I reserved was not available and that I never booked the king room. But this not true I had my confirmation number and the reservation saved on my phone. So she put me in a queen room and charge me 461.00 but the deal I reserved was for only 261.00. So when I check out I was told that 200.00 would go back in my bank but it still hasn't. So I will never book through kayak again. I was robbed 200 dollars and was giving wrong room.
