The room was advertised as two queen beds, but had two full beds. With older teens and two adults it was not a pleasant surprise. We specifically chose this hotel for the queen size beds, so disappointing. The hotel lobby was under renovation so it was blocked by ugly large sheets of wood. Not welcoming. The room furniture are old and worn, and the bathroom is old outdated. Very small shower stall.

Rude staff. Overbooked/ room not avail . Total gulp

First of all this is not a classy place as the pictures might suggest . Its a former short stay , literally , pretending to now be a boutique hotel complete with a glowing sign, a facade covered in tacky blue neon lights and a total dump off lobby. When I arrived I was shocked - nothing like photos . Perhaps for the best when I arrived it was somehow overbooked ... yes after a 14 hour flight I was told they didn't have a room for me . Front desk staff was vile and rude . Not apologetic and rude . Did nothing to help . Don't stay at this horrible place .

    Graduation stay

Everything! It was one of the nicest (if not the nicest) hotels we have ever stayed in. I loved the layout of the room. It made it feel homey not just another hotel/motel room!

    Small breakfast room!

    Good Hotel, would stay again

Perfect location for where I needed to be. Quick check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed/linens/pillow. Nice windows, sunny.

Way too noisy. Was on 2nd floor, heard traffic and music from the club next door all night. Had to sleep with headphones on to drown out the noise. No curtains or blackout shades on the windows. With two walls being filled with windows, the blinds did nothing to block out all the street lights and signage outside. I would stay again but only if on a much higher floor and on the back side of building. (or bring a sleep mask)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathroom was well equipped and good sized for this price range hotel. Room was fairly quiet.

Breakfast choices were very limited and unhealthy. Elevators were not very functional.
