Pros. Room was clean, and very quiet at night. Friendly staff. Very close to subway.
Cons. Just a little rough around the edges, but not a major issue. Could use some fine tuning in the rooms, a chair, some counter space or shelves in the bathroom. There was only hook in the whole room, and with no closet a bit difficult.

Cons. The hotel was older .. the first room was a big as a closest with a bed .. then the second room when I complained I gota two bed .. which had no closet space .. I hated the shared restroom and the elevator only fit two ppl with two small bags and was broken a few times so we would walk down and up .. staff was friendly and maids we nice and gave us clean towels .. just didn't like how the restroom was down the hall and everyone on the same floor used it.. subway was a block down and if I take train 3 it's only 2 stops from time square .. ooo other guest in the room across from us were smoking weed . And stink up all the hallways and hated it the smell..

Pros. It was clean, affordable and in easy to access from the subway. It was a safe place to stay. Our room was quite large for the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Pros. Good location, it is very near to subway or entral park. But the room is very, very, very small, far smaller than what you can image. If you go with your friends or family, it is not a approprate place.
