Pros (+) The staff on all levels were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located so we were able to walk to most of our destinations. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were very nice and upscale. Highly recommend!
Cons (-) I didn't stay long enough to try the restaurant in the hotel. I want to book another visit soon or at least try to visit the restaurant on a future visit, even if I can't stay at the Kitano!

Cons (-) Frankly we loved this hotel but the rooms were a little small. If you need room to spread out you'd need to go elsewhere. We had two adults and an adult "kid" and we found it just fine for our purposes though so this was not a problem for us at all.
