Very basic room. TV worked about 30% of the time. Signal kept coming and going. Toilet ran 24/7, had to turn the water off myself. Bed is very very small. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly. If you need the basics in a good location then this will suffice.
Cons. Pictures on bookings.com, Expedia, don’t match actual rooms. View was minimal-with window air conditioner blocking most. Room size ridiculously small.
Pros. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Cons. WiFi was nonexistent and the toilet didn’t flush well, you had to hold the handle down to get to flush at all.

Pros. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. There were two envelopes sent me that were waiting in my room upon my arrival as well as my suitcase, which I had dropped off earlier in the day before check out. That's the way it's supposed to happen. But more, all three of the front desk concierges were extremely nice and extremely helpful.
Cons. Small rooms (but very clean). No closet. But they did send me up some hangers to use on the coat rack, so that was helpful. No coffee in room, but there is a Starbucks downstairs.
