Hotel was fine - shuttle worked well and room was clean. Only issue is a pervasive smell of smoke in room and hotel - even though technically a non smoking hotel.

They cleaned the room by default everyday, which is nice but also a surprise. I didn't lose anything, but I'll make sure to put away my personal and valuable items the next time. The only thing I wish they had provided are a pair of slippers and a microwave.

Cons (-) I don't hold the staff completely responsible but guest's on my floor had the whole floor smelling like Marijuana all weekend even though this was a non smoking hotel. The only suggestion was to move me to another floor vs fixing the issue.

Pros (+) Super friendly staff, excellent service at the front desk and in the restaurant. Nice clean rooms. The people who work here make the experience.
Cons (-) My only complaint was that the rooms weren't as well insulated from sound (of other guests in the halls, the ice maker, and the "exiting the parking lot" warning sound) as I would have liked.
