Nothing to fault. Great team. Location. Shuttle into town was a great bonus & the complimentary bikes.
Your staff was extremely professional and provided top notch service. Well trained
Honestly was very disappointed given then gurneys at montauk is such high quality I was expecting better service, and better rooms. The hotel outside with the fire pits was nice otherwise the rooms and hallways were small and not very well kept. The shower had cracks in the cement it just looked over used and old. Also we came back one night to find “room service “ in our room at 830 at night doing a service call for something we never called from. At first we thought maybe they were trying to steal from us but nothing was taken. They ended up taking the towels meanwhile they were never used. Will NEVER stay here again and don’t recommend it is NOT worth the money
Not close to the town. Not worth the money
Beautiful location and friendly staff
The bathrooms need updating
