The lady was friendly & welcoming. We were cycling through Holland, and were able to leave our cycles inside. The breakfast was good.

Our room was a converted garage, the shower & toilet facility was shared. We felt that the price of over 100 euro's was far too expensive.

Warm welcome, nice room, beautiful garden - I arrived too late to try the swimming pool, but it seemed interesting

Great location, you can walk from the hotel across the dunes to a beautiful wide beach. Very helpful staff and a well organised hotel with good facilities.

Facilities for (also disabled) guests, very helpful and friendly staff, colourful and clean design rooms, excellent food at a very fair price certainly in comparison to all the fast food in Renesse, private parking, sea and beach at walking distance, clean hotel and environment, availability of enough towels at the pool.

when i arrived at 10 pm the first remark was : you are too late,

the bed was way too soft hard to get cases upstairs for older people nice to have coffee in room

The location was excellent. Just few minutes walking to the city center and 10/15 minutes walking to the beach! I also appreciated the fact to have a parking lot at our disposal. We did not use the car at all!

To be honest, there was nothing I disliked about it. It must have been because before booking I read all reviews, thus I was prepared. I took with me some kitchen utensils (a fry pan, cooking knife, spatula) and cleaning products. Indeed, there are few plates, forks. We were lucky with the weather. It was not cold not too warm. It was perfect! Bear in mind that no airco was installed in the room at least not in studio 9 (first floor), if it would have been a real summer temperature, then my review will be different.

Excellent position & facilities - good room price fair. Additionally I would say that more could be made of the facilities in Burgh Hamstede & Renesee. There we good and varied eating places in both & while the hotel may not be keen to advertise facilities 'off site' certainly it is somerthing others may find useful. We ate one night in the hotel which was excellent - buat also ate out one night.

Would not say it was something I did not like - however others may find the lack of English speaking a challenge . We actually like having to get by !!!!

The hotel is well situated, the rooms are clean and comfortable, ample parking at the hotel, lovely breakfast buffet and lovely restaurant honest and good food and ever so friendly stafff

My dog was welcome and we were close to the shopping area. There was a packing place

We were welcomed by a drunken hotel manager/owner who could not speak English. There were no plugs in the two basins in the bed room and kitchen. We had to shorten our stay because at two in the morning a noisy group of guests came in after a party and were so loud and drunk and after two hours and two complains to the manager/owner who did nothing about it, we had to call the police.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The restaurant in the castle is just great and the food was very good. The same goes for the breakfast. Everything you want in the morning and it is served in a great room with a lot of atmosphere. Great hotel and I would come back anytime

The only thing I didn't like was the price for internet access. Such a class of hotel has to offer free internet. That is a must! 5 € per hour is simply too much.

The excellent staff and the nice location on the landgoed Moermond and the excellent restaurant and nice breakfast.

We did choose this hotel for the combination nature, quiet location and the welness facilities. Unfortunately the sauna is not in use anymore. If you're not interested in the sauna then the hotel is a very good choice

With the restaurant closed whilst I was there (Wed. night), the owners decided to have a private barbeque with some 20-odd people right outside my window, stinking out my room with clearly audible "banter" going on till about one o'clock! ....which was worse than the regular bell-ringing of the town's church clock....
