Pros. Hands down the best staff I've encountered. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. That alone made the stay outstanding.
Cons. Minor material issues. Specifically the ice machine on the first floor wasn't working due to lack of parts. All in all, it was a minor inconvenience.

Pros. I loved this hotel! The staff was so nice! Our room was very clean. I was visiting my boyfriend in the marines and it was very close to base. It is surrounded by a lot of food places. Very comfortable. Easy check in and out, they have coffee open and free all hours of the day and night, I wouldn't stay at any other hotel. When I come up next this is where I will be.

Pros. Rooms were very clean. Staff was super courteous. Easy check in and out. Coffee was good and available 24/7. Comfortable beds. Plethora of courtesy toiletries. Price could not be beat. Compared to the hotels in the area, would definitely stay again.
Cons. Pool was a main attraction for going. It was too cold to swim in. Fitness room was too small. Elevator was broke during our stay but it was fixed by the next day. Breakfast was terrible. I tried everything both days. Spit the French toast out. Hard boiled eggs couldn't even be peeled. Meat did not taste like meat. But cereal and milk, bagels and bananas, and good coffee made up for it.
