I loved this hotel! The staff was so nice! Our room was very clean. I was visiting my boyfriend in the marines and it was very close to base. It is surrounded by a lot of food places. Very comfortable. Easy check in and out, they have coffee open and free all hours of the day and night, I wouldn't stay at any other hotel. When I come up next this is where I will be.
I liked everything!
Rooms were very clean. Staff was super courteous. Easy check in and out. Coffee was good and available 24/7. Comfortable beds. Plethora of courtesy toiletries. Price could not be beat. Compared to the hotels in the area, would definitely stay again.
Pool was a main attraction for going. It was too cold to swim in. Fitness room was too small. Elevator was broke during our stay but it was fixed by the next day. Breakfast was terrible. I tried everything both days. Spit the French toast out. Hard boiled eggs couldn't even be peeled. Meat did not taste like meat. But cereal and milk, bagels and bananas, and good coffee made up for it.
The staff was excellent - courteous, helpful, and efficient. A special thanks to Chantel for her really professional work at check-in. Internet business center was small, but very adequate and free. Breakfast was more than adequate - tasty, well presented, warm, and with adequate variety. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I don't think I could have found a better hotel in the area.
I was told that the breakfast area and small business center is going to be renovated. Personally, I thought it was fine, but I could see that renovation could be beneficial. I think the young man said that renovations should be completed by Christmas. Excellent!
