10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms, hotel, and amenities are all fantastic.
Cons: The couches are really gross. I don't know if it's the fabric or what, but it's like they were made to be stained.
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds and it was quiet. Pool looked nice and breakfast was hot and satisfying.
Cons: Unfortunately we came at the same time there seemed to be a sports tournament or something and while checking in, a lady with kids were asking where the “birthday pool party was located”. We got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and location. The pool was way overcrowded with kids and teenagers for the entire day/night. Disappointing for our toddlers but understandable.

Pros: My room was spacious and quiet. There was a sitting area, a nice work space and a counter/bar area that was great for my multi-night stay. The room was clean and updated. The included breakfast each morning hit the spot and was convenient.
Cons: Fitness center was decent but too hot. The AC didn't seem to be on or working in the room and, because it was next to the pool, the air was humid and smelled of chlorine. At the very least, it needed to have some fans moving the air around in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great other than the first person who help me, that guy was not as friendly as everyone else.
Cons: How short my stay was

9.0 Excellent
Cons: Casino allowed smoking in common areas
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked that there was a casino.
Cons: I liked that there was a casino.I did not like the ineffectiveness of the staff. A very slow check out when I was only second in line upon arriving at the front desk was very disappointing. I was late to my business meeting. In the morning, there was only one checkout line and all I needed was a receipt. By the time that the second person came to help me because again I was only the second person in line, I was again late to my business meeting. This is not somewhere I would recommend if you plan on doing business. Plus, the room was very old. Looked like it was from about the 70s. $139 for a Junior suite was a stretch. Disgusting.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, comfortable room!
Cons: Issues with WiFi since I checked couldn’t get any work done! Didn’t start working until very late during my last night. My room keys wouldn’t work. Issues with lot having to wait several minutes in hallway until I was let back in.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very comfortable. We had two beds. It was very quiet. The shower was great. The bathroom was clean no hair this time :). We had plenty of clean towels. The staff were pleasant.
Cons: The room was a bit dusty. I found a condom wrapper under the bed while looking for candy I drop. Oh the heater in our room did not work.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was soft. The shower water was very hot. We could walk out our room onto the ground patio.
Cons: There was dust around the lamps . There was a long string of hair in the tub. I think the bathroom could have been cleaner.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the location. Right in the midst of everything yet not hard to get on and off the main roads. Plenty of parking and I can't say enough how impressed I was with I believe his name was Tyrone... he was back the next day still smiling. He is the type of staff member that more hotels should have. Good people like him are hard to come by these days. Great customer service standards have gone out the window.....
Cons: I did not like that when checking in there was only one person. He did however do a very good job under pressure. The line was about 7ppl long. Also the dinning/ bar area is located directly next to the front desk which was awkward. After driving 8hrs and just wanting a shower and a nap, the last thing I want is people in my face while I'm trying to conduct my affairs. It provides minimal privacy. Otherwise I don't have many complaints Except to say I wasn't particular fond of the architecture. It took me 20minutes to find my room. And there are entry ways that without a key you can't get back through and I found it extremely frustrating navigating the building initially...
6.0 Good
Pros: Location and the breakfast, as we's stayed here before. Unfortunately, the breakfast fell short this trip. (See below)
Cons: Both mattresses needed replacing, the refrigerator made a dripping noise at night so annoying I had to get up and unplug it. One day we got no maid service at all. The breakfast was not nearly as good as last time - they kept running out of food.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Manager was pleasant.
Cons: No help with luggage at checkin, have a bad back and was in a visible back brace. Room was prepaid. Was asked for credit card at checkin and my personal checking account was charged for 2 days. Was out during the day, could only speak with evening staff. The 1st person said she would call me back about it and never did. Next night, I was told that only the manager could fix it and was not able to do this until check out. The charge was for $265. Lucky that it did not cause me to go into overdraft. It was not removed until the day after I returned home. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Food in their restaurant was very overpriced. Staff at check in were snobby and indifferent. Room was over priced, wet carpet and night table beside the bed. Sheets were changed only once in 5 days. Bathroom had a mildew smell. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Room was at the end of a very long hall. Not great for someone with a bad back.

Pros: I was pleased all around. My kids had a ball in the salt water indoor pool. I loved the ambiance of the pool ( the blue light in the pool).

9.0 Excellent
Cons: No refrigerator.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is great as is the location. Rooms are ample and comfortable.
Cons: We were disappointed with the hotel’s upkeep. It looked like the owners were not willing to spend on upkeep and maintenance. For example, the drapes were soiled and needed cleaning. Also, the door frames, as seen from the halls into the rooms, were chipped and needed painting. In net, there are things to make the hotel look “sharp.”
1.0 Poor
Pros: At check in this hotel was amazing! So nice and even offers a warm chocolate chip cookie and a text to ensure room meets your expectations. And then...
Cons: We find BLOOD on the comforter!!!! Yuck does not begin to describe. I wanted to throw up. We called the front desk who offered to send housekeeping immediately. They did not come for 20 minutes at 10 pm at night!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, heated pool
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very attentive. I was impressed with the text to make sure everything was okay with the room and when we needed towels, theman from the front desk who texted me was the one to bring them up within 5 minutes!
Cons: I felt as though the room we got needed a bit of rehab. I couldn’t help but wonder if people purchasing discounted rooms were given less than perfect rooms. I was also surprised there wasn’t a fridge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice, especially since we checked in late. They helped us to check in quickly, found plastic ware for us and responded to what we needed.

Pros: Location
Cons: The check in experience was horrible. The clerk was nasty and rude. The check out was even worse!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly comfortable bed....
Cons: More channels on tv
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient to where I needed to go for my training class
Cons: Too many to mention
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Toilet did not work properly, no utensils or plates, bowls first night after requested, they said there were none available. Second night the came up with a cup and saucer and small bowl and a knife and fork.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient and that was about it.
Cons: Well, there wasn't what I would call a "Grab and Go" breakfast. Only the last two days were there anything beside chocolate chip granola bars given for breakfast. Some days there weren't even cups for the coffee. I could smell smoke in my room every day
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. All super friendly and polite. There was a safety issue with the side door opening without a key, I called it in to the lobby and it was fixed the next morning.
Cons: The Kitchenette and fridge was pretty dirty. White cabinets and fridge top were stained, and a couple cabinets had dirty in it. The "carry out" breakfast was very minimal, couple tiny muffins and oatmeal. Could use cereal and milk if not bagels.
7.0 Good
Pros: Keisha at front desk was gracious and super helpful both of my stays. She went over and beyond to ensure that I have everything I need and make sure that I’m comfortable; from little thing like having cups, tea... I would stay here again.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Manager was nice
Cons: I paid for higher speed Internet to do a work video conference call and the Internet couldn’t hold the car and tech-support could not figure out why. There were people staying in the room across from me in room 340 who were loud and disruptive the whole visit you could hear them fighting throwing things and hitting walls it even spilled out into the hallway my last night at four in the morning which caused me to not be able to sleep and drive home the next day I ended up having to get a hotel room for another night somewhere else just to be able to sleep. I spoke to the manager and she requested I reach out to you guys for a refund
1.0 Poor
Cons: Our hotel room was disgusting. There was empty water bottles under the bed, socks, and other miscellaneous things from previous residents. The bath tub was filthy, there was little black hairs all over the sink, and stained carpet in the room upon check in. The stairwell had food spilled throughout it that wasn’t cleaned up until our fourth night staying at Extended Stay. The front desk staff acted like it was a total inconvenience to supply us with plates and utensils when we requested some. Muffins and coffee were available from 6-930am but we went at 7:15am and the coffee was completely empty & no muffins were left. We witnessed staff folding clean laundry in the front desk office and placing the sheets on the desk. Clean sheets on a dirty desk!!! We had a non-smoking room but the room next to us was smoking cigarettes and marijuana and the smell filled our room our entire stay. Would not recommend staying here.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Lackluster staff, trash in hallways.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Old. Dirty. Smelly.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff was extremely nice and the location is perfect
Cons: Our bathroom was filthy and the tub needs to be fixed as there was dirt and the glaze from the tub peeling off

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was super friendly and having the smart TV was great.
Cons: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the elevator was broke, so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs to checkout.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room setup--compact but comfortable, with incredibly efficient use of space so had everything I could have needed and more! Wish I could have stayed longer!
5.0 Okay
Cons: The hot tub didn't work
7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were big and spacious and had a kitchen and fridge. It was great traveling and staying there with my 4 month old
Cons: Only thing was there was a snow storm that day and both elevators were broken. My husband and i had to carry the stroller up to the 4th floor and infant seat with all our bags. The staff did offer to help and they were very accommodating with getting a back a refund for our room but it was very inconvenient to not have an elevator.
6.0 Good
Cons: Hot tub was broken and the pull out bed was sinking in the middle, wasn't comfortable. Also I checked in late and my room wasn't ready. I had to go with the studio instead.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfort of the stay
Cons: No
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms and very clean. Friendly staff with a quick check in and check out. Perfect for an over night stay during travel.
Cons: As with all free breakfast hotels, there’s not a lot of vegan options but I know one day this will become more mainstream :)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the breakfast, it was yummy with lots of options even for a gluten sensitive person like me. The rooms were spacious, I liked having a small kitchen although I just used the full-sized fridge. The space was so nice to have when traveling with 3 people. We had room to visit, and a bit of separation at night (although the only way into the bathroom was through the bedroom) The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our Sleeper sofa was damaged and had a hard time opening. The sofa end looked like someone large had sat on it and broken the springs. It was a little "wonky" to sleep on. We got in late and just managed to figure out how to use it anyway. I wish the sofa was more sturdy.

Pros: The room layout was comfortable, I didn't feel like I was running into one of my children everytime I moved. The room was clean. The breakfast was above standard.
Cons: They were understaffed so the common areas were messy, but to their defense I noticed almost every business we visited in town was in the same boat so it was an area work ethic issue not the hotel. The staff who were there were freindly and hard working.

Cons: Room wasn't ready two hours after check in time. Showed up at 5 and waited 1/2 hr. Generally not a big deal but almost missed an important dinner reservation.
6.0 Good
Pros: Loved the room. However construction is going at this location , and it is not specified on the website. I was informed after I already arrived an hour away to my destination. Stay was great besides all amenities being down. Until I woke up at 850 am to drilling and construction. I was planning to stay another night but know I will be woken up early !
Cons: Construction Amenities closed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Hotel is definitely a bargain for the price! The room, amenities and breakfast were all great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Once again we enjoyed a night at this hotel. The location to King of Prussia Mall is superior, and the rooms are more modern than most hotels. The breakfast has more options as well.
Cons: The hallway carpet needs replaced or re-seamed leading from the front desk to the elevators. It is torn and fraying. The carpets were not vacuumed and the trash outside of the elevators was not emptied while we were there. They need to have more staff.

Pros: The rooms have some really clever design features. It is clean and the staff were all very personable. The best deal in that area by half. I'd bump that star rating up at least a half star.
Cons: While it is clean it is a bit run down. Some of those clever design features like hardwood flooring and the wide open spaces may not be as cozy as you might hope. I liked that part but I suspect its mainly a concession to make the place pet friendly.
