Pros: The owner John was great he helped us with planning out our stay in the Cape and gave us places we should visit which was perfect we saw a lot while we were there.
Pros: The motel is well run by the owners, John and Melanie. Clean as a whistle. The owners are helpful, friendly and very nice. This is the place to stay while on the Cape. Their food recommendations were on target. Could not be more pleased with our stay.
Cons: Can't think of a thing to complain about.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The Inn itself is gorgeous with plenty of space to sit and relax, a fireplace, coffee, cookies and hot cider in the afternoons and a very nice continental breakfast in the mornings with coffee, fresh fruit and fresh baked goods. Wine glasses and openers are available as are a small fridge, hot chocolate packets and assorted teas. They have board games and a library. We were upgraded to the Sunrise room - a lovely surprise! Since it was off season we didn't take advantage of the many outdoor spaces to sit and relax but I'm sure it's lovely on a warm summer night!
Cons: No shades/blinds on the windows. Shower curtain on the shower rather than a door.
Pros: The inn is very cozy, with a relaxed atmosphere. It is tastefully decorated with Cape Cod nautical theme, using authentic antiques, but is understated, not overdone. The breakfast is ample, with fresh pastries. In the afternoon, they have fresh home baked cookies and coffee, and provide the makings for some-mores if you want to make a fire in the outdoor fire pit. Each room is different, in keeping with the Inn's history. The building itself has been restored, with careful attention to all architectural details, inside and out, which added to its charm. The staff were all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Cons: Because the building is old, the A/C had to run constantly to keep the system balanced, but the temperature was comfortable. There was just a constant background noise from the duct work.

Pros: The staff was very pleasant, everything was very clean, quite rooms. No complaints, recommended to others.
Pros: The owners of the hotel were nice and really felt like they cared. For a family run hotel it was very nice and refreshing. Since I regularly stay in branded hotels, I was hesitant staying in an unbranded hotel. But they made us feel welcome, safe, and worth the money.
Cons: -The WiFi password was buried in the room book (my fault - didn't find it out until the last morning, but really didn't need it).
-The main switch powered the light and microwave. So when you turned it on the microwave beeped (definitely not a deal breaker).

JUST A GREAT SPOT, NICE STAFF, NICE HOMEY ROOMS. LOVED MY STAY...
This place is always great. We got there late during the off season and our room was warm and ready for us. I was grateful that my computer stored the wifi password from our last visit, since we arrived after hours. The bed and couch were comfy, the room was clean and spacious, and we were just around the corner from Thanksgiving dinner with family.
Pros: The Serta mattress was amazing - I think we might buy one!
As stated above, pleasant staff, they updated us to a kingsize bed, our room was very clean and the room met our requirements perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Also, it was lovely to walk down to the water.
Pros: It was clean, comfortable and convenient, and...the staff was most accommodating. A very pleasant overnight stay for us.
Good location. Ample parking. Modern TVs. Could be remodeled but was very clean.

Pros: I liked it was close to the Flex line to Provincetown
Cons: Okay. It sounds weird, but they have the worst toilet paper I've ever seen. And the maid folds these weird fans things with anything paper related in your room and it kind of creeped me out. Lol.
Pros: This was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, wifi was great, cable was great, free breakfast, friendly front desk staff, good location. It was everything you need. I'd definitely come back.
Cons: The room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Might be a problem for people with a severe allergy, but otherwise, it quickly became unnoticeable.
Pros: The pool was very big and clean/ well-kept. The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us. The room was on the smaller side but it was cozy and relaxing.
Cons: The continental breakfast cod use some sprucing... Better orange juice, better syrup, larger milk selection.. Nothing to ruin our trip though!

Pros: Location, bike path, indoor pool access at 4 points, most of the staff was good as when I mentioned we had some (not a ton) ants they took care immediately with an organic spray that worked for the remainder of our stay and the manager was very professional and courteous. The room, bedding, towels, and bathroom were clean.
Cons: Bathroom screen/window dirty and full of bugs, old tub/shower plastic shows some mildew and deterioation, but clean. Deteriorating building, outdoor steps wiggled, deck shows rot. maid never left enough towels family of four left with only 3 towels multiple nights had to go to front desk or catch her outside. Ants, but were taken care of ASAP. (BTW no outdoor flower boxes like in the photo...)
Ocean Park Inn puts you within a 10-minute drive of Nauset Lighthouse. After splashing around at one of the 2 outdoor pools, guests can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. An indoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: The pool and pool areas were very clean. Our room was old but clean, parking was good.
Cons: the beds were NOT good, I've never stayed in a place with beds that felt like a sheet of plywood was between the mattress, The other problem I found with this place was the coffee they served with the breakfast they offered...Sanka or some other instant coffee, I literately had to get in the car and go buy coffee at the local coffee shop. Fix These two things and I would continue staying.
Pros: Location and both indoor/outdoor pools
Cons: Late check in and trouble with wifi
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The pools looked well maintained. They offer a Continental Breakfast. It served my purpose for a business trip and there were several families staying and enjoying the pool.
Cons: My room was next to the main highway, noisy and exposed. The door lock did not work but there was a "security bar" The room door was a jalousie window that did not open for ventilation.
Pros: The room was clean, the pillows were comfortable. Check in and check out were a breeze.
The property is older, and the rooms showed it. However, everything was very clean.
Double Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was not until 8am. I was checked out by then.
The room could have used more outlets or at least a power strip.
Pros: Plenty of space, clean, beds comfortable enough (not my temperpedic, but ok) Breakfast was edible and there was a good selection. It is central to so many places to visit in the area and was convenient that way too. I would go back there. Our room was street side but far enough away from the road we never heard anything, even with the windows open.
Cons: No coffee maker in any of the rooms and you have to request a hair dryer and the room smelled odd at first, but that could have been by room mates feet to Our! Lol
Pros: The room was extremely comfortable and was perfect for my visit.
Pros: Friendly staff, great room, and central to all of our activities.
Pros: staff very pleasant, room very clean
Cons: no complaints
Pros: Nice size room, comfortable bed, quiet
Cons: Property looked run down, breakfast was inadequate.
Pros: Very clean, nice location
Captains Quarters Motel & Conference Center puts you just a 5-minute drive from Nauset Lighthouse. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, along with onsite hiking/biking trails and volleyball. There's a seasonal outdoor pool, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Cons: The motel had literally one front office employee, that we had to go find at the motel diner because no one was working the front desk. My girlfriend and I showed up a few hours before check in to see if we could check in a little early, as we had to get ready for a wedding. We were told there was no way that they would be able to accommodate an early check in, as they had not even begun cleaning the rooms (this was at noon). I found this strange, as our car was one of only five in the parking lot. We were forced to book a different room at the four points next door, which allowed us to check in early, only to receive a call thirty minutes later from the Town Crier saying that we could check in early now. Both rooms were non-refundable so we ended up just having to eat the cost of the Town Crier and staying at the much nicer hotel next door. Overall a terrible experience.
When you stay at Town Crier Motel, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Nauset Lighthouse. After having fun at the indoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves, along with room service and free WiFi.
