Pros. It was a stones throw from the board walk, morey's pier and beach, you can park your car and go! Room was freshly clean, sheets clean, microwave and mini fridge! Good for what we paid, would stay again. And when owner said no smoking he meant it, our room didn't have faintest hint of smell. Could not get into room until 3, but let us check in at noon and gave us a parking pass for their lot so we didn't have to pay for metered parking.
Cons. I didn't like how loud some of the other guests were. Hotel management was very nice at check in, but their presence is not on site, you have to walk to another hotel to check in, which is literally seconds away so no big deal. Not that management wasn't reachable because they were, and the other guests should have been more considerate. Turned the AC on, drowned them out some, but kids yelling from room to pool is a bit much. I just think if someone was in the building, guests might stay more in line. Super small parking lot, but it's FREE :) only one plug in lamp to light the room after dark, could use more lighting, and really need an electric outlet in the bathroom. Hard to use a blowdryer in the same outlet as the bed side lamp which is behind the night stand or atleast add another mirror in the room itself. Still great value for price!
